      DI - is a company I would recommend to all. They truly stand behind their products. Was lucky enough to deal with ****************, with their customer service department, she was very responsive and transparent, on the replacement of a lost diamond in my ring. She continued to communicate every step of the process and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I will definitely be purchasing from DI again on my next cruise.

      While on a cruise to ****** we Purchased a tanzanite bracelet and a ring with two diamonds one chocolate. High pressure sales tactics were used. Attempted return o merchandise right away but delivery was not accepted. $10,000 for these two items only to learn the Tanzanite stones are inferior in color and not worth what we paid. BUYER BEWARE

      My mom had a change of heart with a ring we purchased on a ****** Cruise. When purchasing there were a lot of different prices and we got charged more than promised. We contacted the company and told them situation. ****************** spent the time and made sure we received the promised offer. However, my mom didnt want the ring so we decided to return it. ****************** helped me every step of the way and explained in detail of the progress with frequent updates. There were a lot of back and forth discussion and she was very responsive! She even had her supervisor, ******, help me when she wasnt in office. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely purchase in the future! Thank you! Note, the ring was beautiful, it was just a personal preference issue.

      Had a wonderful experience getting jewelry adjusted and creating earrings out of two of the spare stones. ****** got me in contact with **************** who walked me through the entire process from start to finish. ******* communicated at each step of the way and verified my shipping address multiple times to avoid any mistakes. Jewelry came back and is absolutely beautiful and clean.

      I purchased a bracelet on a cruise and was offered a pendant from the excess length. I was contacted immediately for the jewelry shipping and the process was smooth and efficient. My customer service associate, **************, was great. He walked me through everything and kept me informed on the progress of the process. The pieces were returned securely and are absolutely beautiful.

      Our custimer servicecrep was wonderful and helped me get my new ring fixed promptly and continued to stay on top of the situation until my ring was fixed and returned.
