      A 64 Gun Safe was delivered to my home. I had multiple problems with delivery on several occasions (6/2/22-7/7/22-7/20/22 Tracking# ***********). I am writing in regard to damage to my property. Attached are pictures. In the delivery there were 2 men with a dolly to lift an 800 lb. safe which looked very dangerous to me. They struggled to manage this safe into my home. I tried on several occasions to get redelivery because the safe was damaged also. There were 3 different occasions where I was scheduled for redelivery and had to take off from work to be home for these deliveries. On ALL 3 of those occasions, they were NO shows and NO phone call to say NO 'one would be there? This was a HUGE inconvenience, as I DIDN'T GET PAID FOR THIS TIME OFF FROM WORK!? After the fact, we were told that this Company DID NOT WANT TO REDELIVER? This was after I had already wasted my time making the appointments and waiting for redelivery? I have lost 24 hours of work at $20.00 an hour which is $480.00. I spent time making phone calls, rescheduling appointments, rearranging my family's schedule to accommodate the deliveries. I am seeking reimbursement for the delivery fee of $325.00 in addition. The damages sustained to my home includes several walls, ceiling tiles, metal frames (grids) and hangers, damaged carpeting, and damage to the safe. I obtained an estimate for the damages to my property. Total compensation for my time, delivery fee, and repairs is $1935.76. I think this is a reasonable amount to compensate for this. This doesn't include any damages to the safe. The damage to the safe includes dents and scratches to the entire left side, top rear, right front + rear corner. The safe cost was $1657, I think 20% off the cost of the safe (******) is a reasonable amount considering redelivery wasn't an option! The total cost for time, damages, delivery, repairs, now including damage to the safe is $2183.40. Please review and respond as soon as possible.

      We purchased a basketball hoop on April 12 for approx. $1,600 from ****'s. It was finally delivered last week (five weeks later) in a damaged box. The tech started digging for the hoop and discovered there was cement below the dirt. I authorized having the cement removed and paying for that service. The tech told me someone would call the next day to set something up. It's been over a week, and no one has called or contacted me. It's now been six weeks since we purchased the hoop and we have already started to receive billing statements from ****'s for a basketball hoop that has yet to be installed and is sitting in a damaged box in my garage.Also, the email address this company provides in their confirmation email does not work, it bounces back. No alternative way to contact the company is included. This has been a very frustrating experience. Thank you, ***

      I paid Select Express $160 for delivery and set up, and they have canceled delivery twice. I have called back several times to get scheduled, but they are not responded to my request. I was informed a manager would call me, but that has never happened.

      You would think after hundreds of 1 star reviews the company would reevaluate their way of doing business. I am another unhappy customer. Was supposed to receive a call 1 hour prior. No call. Left instructions where to drop off, they didnt care. They carelessly left my package in a place where it could get stolen. Didnt even call when they were there then said sorry we already left.

      I was scheduled to have my peloton bike worked on through select express. Peloton is the one that appointed me to use select express for the service. It has been over five months of constant back-and-forth on every time that someone is scheduled to come out. Nobody shows nobody contact me. When I try to contact the company nobody picks up I email and there is no answer. When you call the provided customer service line that they provide you with it goes to a dead number that is no longer in service. Im not even sure that this company has actual people or they just take money from other companies. This company is a joke and should be put out of business.

      I ordered a treadmill from Sole website. The delivery company rescheduled 5 times. When I finally had a delivery date that was not changed my delivery time was 9am-1pm on February 9. I called at 1:30 pm to ask when their ETA was as they were not at my house yet nor had I hear from anyone. The assistant on the phone could not get ahold of the delivery techs but did ask if I was near *********** I said that was in a different state and about 4 hours away. She said she would find out and call me back. Never heard a word. At 9 pm( with no forewarning) the delivery men showed up. They smelled overwhelmingly like marijuana( concerning if driving a large delivery truck) and spoke not 1 word of English. We had to call a friend to interpret. In addition they scratched my brand new vinyl floor. I have contacted both Sole and delivery company. Sole sent an apology. Of course, I have heard nothing from the delivery company

I do hope they will truly review the situation and come to a fair resolution as I reached out to them three times prior to contacting the BBB and never got a response.       I ordered a sectional couch, online from IKEA. It was scheduled to arrive 10 January. In the confirmation email from IKEA, they say "no signature is required for curbside delivery". The day of the delivery, I get a missed call, and it says "failed delivery". They claim that since no one answered the call, they couldn't deliver, contrary to ****'s statement. IKEA reschedules the delivery for 17 January. There were two orders coming, the first part was delivered, but the second part wasn't. I get a confirmation from **** saying "all items delivered"; they weren't. I call IKEA, and they can't even get ahold of Select Express, so they make a duplicate order. I'm not sure if they located the lost items either.So the replacement order is scheduled for 24 January, and Select Express explains to leave a note on the door, to have the items delivered, even if no one is home, which I do. It's scheduled to be delivered between 2-6pm, and I get a notification at 1:57, that it was a "failed delivery". What is this company doing? They're completely incompetent and impossible to reach, and perhaps scheming products. I canceled me order because this whole situation has been completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

      I purchased a treadmill from ****** ******** *****. I paid extra to have it delivered and assembled by Select Express & Logistics. I was told by Select Express that I would get a delivery date within 48 hours. It has been almost three weeks and I still don't have a delivery date. Every time I call they tell me they will call back when they have a date. I called ****'s ******** ***** and they have tried to intervene, but so far no luck in getting a response from Select Express & Logistics. I purchased the treadmill on Jan. 1, 2022. I received an e-mail on 1/1/22 confirming the purchase/delivery and on 1/2/22 I received an e-mail stating that the company would give me a delivery date within 48 hours. I haven't heard from them since though I have called multiple times as has ****'s ******** *****. The two e-mails are attached.I would like to have the BBB contact Select Express & Logistics to get my treadmill delivered!

      Purchased an elliptical from ****'s sporting goods in ***, **, which contracts with this company for delivery and assembly. The company above opted not to fulfill the delivery and assembly on the contracted date for whatever reason, and opted not to call me and update me on the changes that were made. Company above arranged a new 'tentative' date for delivery without communicating to me. Company noted above provided no immediate resolution to the issue today, not any mechanism for reimbursement for inconvenience of my time. One can only deduce from their behavior, that company above does NOT value their customers and/or is unorganized from operational standpoint. Waiting on return call from manager (Brooklyn) after speaking to their customer representative (***) about the issue at their number.

      On 11/26/22, I placed an online order at Ikea (for over $700, including a $49 delivery fee). Delivery was scheduled through Select Express for 12/6. It didn't show, and was rescheduled for 12/14, and it didn't arrive. I called for days, trying to have it rescheduled, and eventually reached someone who promised it would arrive 1/3/23. It didn't. I called that day, and a representative promised I would receive a call 1/4 to set a time for delivery on 1/5/23. I called 1/5 since I never heard from SE and they said it's not scheduled for delivery. I have spent hours on the phone with this company and they keep promising me delivery, but when it doesn't show up and I call back, they say it was never scheduled for the most recent date. It seems clear that someone is not being honest and transparent. I just want my products delivered.
