    12 days before Christmas I shipped a large package and asked that it be sent GROUND because there was plenty of time for the package to get to it's destination. I was told multiple times that I had to ship 3 day and the associates kept telling me 3 day is the same as Ground. I said it has never cost me this much to ship, there is plenty of time for GROUND and isn't there a less expensive option and they kept telling me no. I checked the website later on and verified that Ground IS an option, that Ground is NOT the same as 3 day and I was charged double what I should have been.In addition I was charged $15 for signature required, which I was never asked about and did not need.Be very careful going to this store and verify you are being given accurate information and not charged for fees you do not need.

    Customer iis not giving the full story . customer states "It needs to be there by the holiday "is what the customer stated and we gave customer all the options *** told them 3 days were giranteed and ground ******** was suspended and they choae 3 days .Customer gladly shipped and then calls back few days later to get refunds realizing they might have paid more or what ever the reason maybe however it was already deliivered .Why not tell us before delivery ?customer signed credit card receipt Signed all of our terms and conditions and it gets there then she asks for refunds .how does this make any sense ?I am sorry it does not work this way .its like saying food was bad but you ate it and then want refund . if its bad you take the food back the way yoy got you food ..no one can honor such request !
