    Attempted to join my appointment on time and had technical difficulties 15 minutes prior to joining the appointment. I called the provider as well as the company to which I was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get the link resolved on my phone as well as laptop. The link did not work even after trying multiple links and different zoom codes. We rescheduled the appointment which was fine and they still billed my card and sent me a bill for $100. I then had to call them back and they said this is just protocol which makes no sense that I have to reach out to them to get this canceled and instead they want to try and fraudulently Bill me $100 for an appointment that was never completed as the email stated completed. I wasted so much time with these people, rescheduling my appointments on me and then charging me for an appointment that was never completed. The customer representative told me they will submit a waiver for this refund and I've never heard anything back.

    The councilor I am seeing is ok, however the doctor I was referred to, to prescribe me medication added in an extra $250 charge for "psychotheropy". We talked about the medication, side effects, alternatives and that was it. The $460 for the initial assessment/ medication discussion I understand but then she randomly added the $250 charge. I tried to dispute it but they very quickly denied it and now my bill is over $700. Insurance covers some, but absolutely nothing of the$250 add on charge. Please don't use them, they are very dishonest.

    I spoke with two people for maybe 30 minutes each for evaluation. Neither provided any assistance. It felt like they didn't even want to talk to me. They charged $1,146.00 for providing no therapy or treatment. The cost of evaluation appointments was never disclosed at any point. When I asked about cost, they said it was covered by insurance. Evidently, not.This is a scam.

    Billed $179 for services never rendered. This company is a complete scam that takes unethical business practices to the next level. My first appointment was a no show, they rescheduled me with a doctor *** within the first minute of our conversation said that there are many things they cant treat for and apologized that their advertising was so misleading, he said I wouldnt be billed and we ended the conversation. A month later I receive a bill for $179 and they tell me its not their issue and to reach out to insurance for help. ***** this company at all costs!

    Do NOT waste your time or money with Talkitary. This service is a complete scam. They overpromise and underdeliver. Youre better off finding a therapist or counselor on your ownseriously. The pricing is ridiculous for what you get, and the platform is not user-friendly. I felt misled and taken advantage of. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

    I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and I couldnt get logged into the website and they were experiencing technical difficulties so they cancelled my apppointment. The *** I did research on and wanted to see, doesn't have another appointment for an entire month. Do not waste your time with Talkiatry.

    Worst experience ever! Couldn't even set up an appointment because it kept getting cancelled. Twice i was told that the counselor cancelled due to being double booked. In addition, i kept getting emails about missing information and I uploaded the required documents that they asked for and a live agent even confirmed the documents were received & in the system but yet i kept getting emails that they were requiring documents that were missing but yet again i called & talked to a live ************* confirmed all the required documents were in the system.

    A complete scam.Talkiatry's billing is incredibly stupid with bills getting sent a year late and with incorrect costs. I need to adjust my budget throughout the year as my salary is not stable. So getting hit with a 300-500$ bill is infuriating. Especially considering they claim to accept my insurance and promote the misleading "only $35 for most people per appointment" slogan. My experience with the customer service was lacking. They are unresponsive at best (they refuse to email you back) and will only point you to a "monthly billing" when you bring up the exuberant cost. Affordable is not even close to how I would describe them.The numerous one-star reviews across every platform should be a clear warning to anyone.Don't use them, it's not worth the headaches.

    While my doctor is amazing, the service side of this company is one of the worst I've experienced. Constant issues with billing. Constant inability to process information correctly. Split sites for *******, where one place would update, and another would not. Billing insurance successfully one month, and the next month, saying not eligible because their system now says it was eligible back in 2011, while having all the correct info and repeatedly following up with proof of insurance. Someone really needs to fix their technology and billing.
