    This company is the absolute worse company I have dealt with. The incompetence of their billing department and how horrible they treat people blows my mind. If they don't like what you say, they hang up. This has happened more times than I can count. I had a billing supervisor hang up on me. I called right back demanding to speak to her and suddenly she was in a meeting. I explained my claim was billed wrong and told multiple times I was wrong. I'm a medical Coder with billing experience. I know what I'm talking about. I would highly recommend anyone considering this company to not walk but run away.

    Billed me no show fee after sending me incorrect appointment times. I've been following up with them via email/phone for a month now and they still won't take action to reverse the charges -- although they verbally say they would. This company should not be in business of healthcare.

    They are charging me $600 for 2 consultations on top of my $80 deductible. They even have the guts to charge me "in office fees" while I did all via the internet!!! This company strategy is the old bait and switch!

    I wrote this email to the *** (edited for brevity) but here is the gist: I became a Talkiatry customer on July 22 when I booked an appointment to see *********************** (in FL) on July 25. I mentioned I am seeking medication management and asked specifically about ********. At the appointment, ************ went through a list of questions, barely made any eye contact, and felt very disconnected from the chat, but when I asked about ********, she had no familiarity and did not want to provide any professional recommendations, which I fully respected. She said she'd get back to me within the week.After not hearing from her despite assurances and then following up manually, she said she couldn't find anyone, so on August 16, I made a request for an internal transfer. I did my due diligence and requested *******************, whose profile says he specializes in ********. He's also in NY. So am I. I don't know why I was initially recommended to see a FL provider because aren't I supposed to be seeing doctors in my home state?I was already slated for ******** treatments by then (via a diff doc and practice), but the fact is, ************ and Talkiatry said the transfer would take 2 weeks. In the end, Talkiatry said it was **************** responsibility to make the transfer. On August 16, I messaged ************ and told her to please escalate the issue with urgency. She said she would. After multiple calls asking why it's been 6+ weeks instead of the promised 2 weeks maximum that the transfer still hadn't happened, instead of resolution, they terminated my relationship. All because they have a ridiculous policy of holding me hostage to a doctor I didn't want.In the real world, if I want to see another doctor, I leave their practice & walk to to a different doctor's ****** for another opinion. I never ask doctor ** for her permission to transfer to #2. Not how it works. This is nothing but gross mismanagement & the *** refuses to respond. I will also be informing the medical board.
