I canceled my account online months ago, in February I received a text stating a new box was being styled, I emailed immediately letting them know that I canceled the account, on 2/28 I was ccd on the email they sent internally that said customer requested account cancellation on 2/27. I received another box 8 days ago, sent it back unopened on 3/29 & found out this morning that they charged my card for the full amount. I sent an email to this morning demanding a refund and received an email back saying at this time weve received no notification of the return of the box so the money will not be refunded yet. Theyve done this before and charged me and when I call, suddenly they find the returns. This is the absolute worst service and experience Ive ever had! I want my refund and the account canceled. I dont want any more boxes either!!Adore Me, Inc.

Get this for the wife. She loves getting the boxes and trying everything on. What she has liked and purchased has been great. She says very comfortable and well made. My biggest complaint is that threw all those ***** quizzes they don't seem to listen. Example: wife stated push up bras with padding and she's yet to get a padded bra, she doesn't want nips showing. This month she received a 2 piece bathing suit, she won't even put this thing on.Adore Me, Inc.

I unintentionally was signed up for a subscription service. It wasn't clear that it was and so I do feel a bit ripped off. I also cancelled this 2x only for it to continue. So keep an eye on your charges and maybe the company should make it a bit more clear. The items were ok, sized appropriately but some felt cheaply madeAdore Me, Inc.

Purchasing from here automatically signs you up for their expensive ($40 a month) VIP membership and you wont even know because they are so sneaky about it. Be warned! This also happened to a friend of mine. If you have purchased from here make sure you do not have a membership with them if you dont want it!! Thankfully they only got 2 payments out of me.Adore Me, Inc.
