      I'm really enjoying each of my boxes and have a hard time narrowing down my purchases to keep my cost affordable. Sizing has been spot on, quality seems to be great. I look forward to each of my boxes. 2 received to date and I've kept 90% of the items. I wish cost was a little less but you get what you pay for and I am happy with this quality.

      I returned an item and was charged because they "didn't receive it" and provided me a random tracking number as proof. I said that was not the tracking number I had and soon received my refund. I fortunately had my original shipping label saved with tracking number! Adoreme site and app wouldn't provide the original shipping label so if I didn't have my return label saved I would have been scammed by them. Customer service didn't even ask me for my original tracking number after I said their "proof" wasn't for my return, they just sent me my refund. That leads me to believe AdoreMe is pocketing returns and only issuing funds to anyone that contacts them and then corrects them after their initial "we looked into this and we are correct so we are keeping your money" email. I was a member for 7 years before this. I had to call to cancel. Not worth it

      AVOID. Cheap products that RUIN other clothing/linens. I ordered from here, thinking it would be fun and a new place to try. The product is cheaply made, and overpriced but I kept it because it was cute. As always, I washed and dried the clothing prior to initial wear. Despite this, their product RUINED my new sheets, leaving black stains ALL OVER. I washed my sheets multiple times but cannot get the stains out. I sent photos to the company, clearly documenting that it was their product that ruined my sheets. They refused to refund or compensate me for my sheets. Instead, this is their offer:"A voucher code will cover the full value of any 1 product and can't be combined with any other promos or discounts. On the other hand, we are very sorry for this situation with your sheets, but unfortunately we cannot offer compensation for these."Given that most of the products they sell will come in contact with other clothing, bedding, and/or furniture, I highly recommend potential future customers AVOID this company to prevent their products ruining any of your other personal items.

      I ordered 1 Elite box with a $20 styling fee. AdoreMe charged my account then canceled the box. They did this 3 times. Then they charged me again and sent a box. It came and was a piece of paper with my address on it and AM return address with no contents. As soon as that was delivered I sent a picture to Adoreme and they charged me $255 immediately. I called them and they said theyd give me a refund in 3-5 business days.

      It sounds like we had some trouble creating your box and once we did create it - a packing mishap appeared. This is definitely not the sort of Elite experience we want to offer you and we'll definitely work to avoid it moving forward.

      I used to love the products I recieved. I had a large credit I wanted to use up months ago, I was so excited about the products I ordered. Only after a while, they cancelled my order. I ordered again, wanting to use my remaining credits on Dec 26th. I emailed to see if they have shipped and its still being processed. They offered me a five dollar credit which at this point when Im waiting a longer period of time than I should be for it to be shipped doesnt really do anything because Im not sure if I want to order from them again. Are used to love the products and thought that the material and quality was good but I have yet to see any reason to continue purchasing from them when Im struggling to get orders. I felt like in my previous emails that they did not care. I may be inclined to give a better review if and when I receive my products, but at this point, Im starting to lose hope.
