      I have received great fitting lingerie in the past, but my last order was not as good as previous ones. Not sure what the reason for the difference in product fit and quality was this time around. I dont really love the fact that I pay more because I do not want a subscription. I do like that there is a discount given when ordering more than one product.

      Their sizes aren't bad, but the bras fit strangely.Every box I have received and returned my returns they send me an email saying that they have never received my return. I send them back in their box with their return label and drop it off at the post office. After sending a request for assistance they always seem to find the missing box and refund me what they charged me for. Personally, this is ridiculous.

      I've used adore me periodically over the last couple of years. Initially it was fine, but this last year I've been accused twice of failure to send items back, and shipping information proves I did. And I never received my last box in July in which I paid the $20 styling fee for, they never refunded me even though they knew I never received the box. This company is a scam or has issues with their distribution and warehouse. But either way I will not use their services again and hope others don't get scammed as well.

      HORRIBLY ran and organized company!!! I CANNOT emphasize this enough! I originally signed up for Adore Mes monthly box service (which was about a month late), but had to ultimately end up cancelling because they kept WRONGFULLY CHARGING ME FOR MERCHANDISE I HAD SENT BACK MONTHS BEFORE!!! On top of it, the first customer service representative I spoke to about this issue was super rude and unhelpful. However, the second one was able to resolve and expedite my returns since Adore Me had charged me literally hundreds of dollars for merchandise they received up to three months prior. When I asked her how that could be possible/happen, she couldnt explain it I have cancelled my subscription now for several months and even TO THIS DAY Im getting emails saying they never received my return and/or they just received/cataloged merchandise I returned 4 months ago??? Something fishy is going on with this company and if you dont want hundreds of dollars stolen from your account and have to fight with them to get it back, save yourself the trouble and dont sign up at all.

      I ordered underwear and they mailed a sweatshirt. They charged $7.00 to restock the wrong item due to their warehouse mistake! . I somehow signed up for a membership/subscription, then immediately canceled. They refunded last month but they charged my credit card again this month. I dont feel like I should have to ask them every month to issue a refund. Buyer beware!! Do NOT sign up for the subscription.
