      In the past they were very slow to ship. Now, it is better. They advertise bogo - buy one set get another set free. I chose two sets that were bogo's. I went to my cart and went to check out only to see charges of $86.00+. I did not complete the transaction for one set was not free. They need to fix these issues. I did contact customer service about a purchase I did not receive and was told I received what I had paid for. Ten days later the missing purchase was delivered. Ordering around the Holidays will mean very slow processing times due to high ordering volumes. I do like the bras and *******. They feel wonder. I have received the correct sets in the size I ordered.

      I love the pajamas and lounge wear. Unfortunately at this time Adore me doesn't have a large enough cup size for me in bras. My daughter can get the bra and ***** sets and she loves them. Shipping has gotten faster over the last few years.

      I do like the product offerings of Adore Me and their size inclusivity. The sets I have received from Adore Me are cute and are pretty good quality. I think the quality is comparable to Target, so I do think the $39.95 price point for most sets is steep, but they are cute and comfortable. However, I had so many issues getting my VIP membership set up. There were billing issues and then my account was not activated even though it said it was. I am still confused as to what exactly happened and customer support was absolutely no help. I think that I was ultimately overcharged, but it is not worth my time to verify if I have to deal with their support. I wish that the subscription and app were actually easy to use and that their support was more accessible and not based abroad.

      My orders consist of 2 /2-piece sets of lounging pants and tops. I also have 21 bra/ ***** sets. All of my items have been in great shape at receiving them. I absolutely love my items and they wash well with no falling apart or show any signs of structure damaging. I have to agree with ************** comment quoted here. They are very clear about signing up for the *** option upon ordering. It is kind of the only way to order, I think. They send plenty of notifications and give you the option to skip each month and if you get charged credit you don't want, to request an immediate refund. I have had only good experiences with customer service, offering me store credit or helping me with returns/exchanges if an item is not right, damaged, or did not arrive. I find the quality for the price point appropriate and appreciate their effort to incorporate recycled materials. Most items have held up well, some after a few years.I will continue to order from ADORE ME I truly enjoy their products and customer service.

      I do not have them they shipped. It was returned. They refuse to help me through customer service. I do not have the product. It is stealing $266 from me when I do not have the items. I disputed it through my bank and now they have charge me again! Do not let them take advance of you.

      I ordered two sets. Both sets had something wrong with them. One was damaged, which is not their fault, the other was missing the underwear. On top of that, I was sent a bra I didnt order. So out of an order of two, there were three things wrong.I contacted them, told them what was wrong, and expected an apology and a response of sending a replacement for both the defective item and the missing item. I offered to send back the incorrect item.They told me to keep the incorrect item, and then that I would have to return all the items to have the two pieces replaced.Aside from the fact that they put the burden on the person who didnt s**** up the order, they no longer had my size in the bra of the ones that with the missing underwear, and frankly I didnt trust them to get anything right.It took over a month to get it resolved, and even then, I had to do weird arrangements on the website, and complain nearly two or three times a week before somebody would finally allow me to have my items replaced.And by the way, I still had to get full sets, rather than replacing the single piece. They gave me some song and dance about how they cant do that, and yet in my order alone, there were two singular pieces. And since the sets are made up with the order, since there are often multiple styles of underwear, and there are different sizes, their claim is specious at best. Oh, and for the free replacements, I was charged a ***** each. Its not a huge charge, so thats no big deal, and I actually take a little pleasure in the fact that it cost them over a dollar to process my ***** each time.

      Only bought once from them, an item or two, however, it is extremely extremely hard to cancel a monthly subscription- totally unnecessary for a lingerie to have monthly subscription. I have reaching out for cancellation, for months now via email and online web page but to no avail.
