      I wish I had read these reviews before I subscribed to the box. For the first box, I submitted the order to buy all products. I was not aware that it would submit it without me finalizing the order. When I called, I was told they could not reverse the charges of $300 until I returned the items. For my second box, what was in the box was not mine. It was not my size and did not match what the dashboard said was in the box. I was told to mark it all as going back and they would send me a replacement box. They never did and I had to explain my situation to several different people to finally get the $20 styling fee back. THEN, they charged me for that entire box, even though I sent back the items that they did send me. Since they didn't match what they said was sent, I was charged. They did refund my money. Now, I am being charged for an item that I did send back in the box. I really like their products but it's a hassle every month.

      I absolutely love the quality and styles of this **** **** lingerie, designed for all shapes and sizes. Refreshing! The return/exchange policy is easy and painless (they give you an instant code so you can shop for the replacement before they even receive the wrong one). You have to be very very careful to check out without a membership though! If you shop their offers (three sets for the price of two, BOGO etc.) you will get "membership" prices or better, without getting locked into something you don't want. They've made that "no membership check out" option a little more obvious now--but only a little. And they push the membership boxes really hard, which can get annoying. The shipping is a bit slow, but it's worth it to me for getting ****, supportive, well-fitting lingerie at the end of it all.

      Order took a very long time to arrive. I had forgotten about order until I checked my email and realize I did not receive it. Contacted customer service where was told I had to go back and order since they gave me credit. As it was company fault they should have just fulfill order instead of me having to go back and order. Very bad impression of Adore Me

      Items were omitted from my order and they made it impossible to get a refund (even though I never received the item). Then they enrolled me in a VIP service without my consent or any notifications at the time or enrollment or in subsequent months. They proceeded to charge my card $39.95 monthly for 6 months until I caught it. Their customer service then takes days and days to get back to you. It's clear they are more concerned with profits from this recurring charge than providing any quality items or service.

      They are very clear about signing up for the *** option upon ordering. It is kind of the only way to order, I think. They send plenty of notifications and give you the option to skip each month and if you get charged credit you dont want, to request an immediate refund. I have had only good experiences with customer service, offering me store credit or helping me with returns/exchanges if an item is not right, damaged, or did not arrive. I find the quality for the price point appropriate, and appreciate their effort to incorporate recycled materials. Most items have held up well, some after a few years.

      Terrible service. I signed up for the monthly style. First package was several weeks late. 2 nd package was never delivered. They did refund the $20 styling fee. The 3rd delivery was never received. I was sent an email saying they received my box back BUT the app shows my box is still in transit.

      Purchased 5 sets from this company because they say "Easy returns and free exchanges" but that is a complete lie. After I purchased my items they then say they were final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable. Nowhere was this indicated before purchasing these items. It looks like this company was already fined by BBB and needs another fine. Their business practice is to lie to their customers and literally STEAL from them. Dishonest company. Now I have to try to dispute with my bank after trying to go back and forth with their customer service for a week. They were unable to provide any information on where these items were identified as final purchase before purchase was complete and kept saying that they wouldn't give a refund. Terrible company.
