      So I know I told some people about Adore Me.But I want people to know not to buy from them after all. I was loving their stuff at first. But they have stolen money out of my account and refuse to return it. Claiming they didn't get the box back. Yet the other stuff that was in the box is marked that they got it back. No it was not sent back in the original box because it was damaged. So it was sent in with another order.Also one of my sets that I've only had for a month is already ripping.Please do not buy from them.

      We could see that there was a charge attempt but it was not successful and our customer service representative has canceled all further charge attempts for this Elite box since you have kindly contacted us and explained the situation.

      The lowest star rating I can give and it doesnt feel like enough lol. So, I never received my first box which was ordered in March in the first place right? I contacted customer support about it and they told me to just mark it as returned and they would work it out with the warehouse where it was located. Fine by me, I am a college student so it probably wasnt a smart purchase anyway. I washed my hands of it. Radio silence from the company until June in which the company begins attempting to remove my entire bank account balance from my account and my bank blocking the charge. I go to my profile and I apparently owe over 200 dollars for the missing sets. Confused, I once again contact customer support who tells me I need to contact the warehouse to get the box delivered to me and send it to them. A **** link is provided for me. The link does not work. Customer support stops responding to me. I get charged for a monthly box and I once again contact customer support. I am promised by the company that I will not be charged for the sets that I never received since it appears they were lost in transit and they would stop charging me monthly. Once again, my account says I owe nothing. July rolls around and I am again charged for the box. I decide to delete my account and I am unable to. I contact customer support, which is an oxymoron, and they tell me I must allow the over 200 dollar charge to go through since they are having technical difficulties and cannot not charge me for the missing sets. I am assured that once I allow this charge, I will be issued a refund. After all my dealings with this company and their ineffective customer support, I no longer trust their word. They have refused to delete my account until I pay for a box which I never received and isnt even showing up on my account as an amount owed. Ridiculous.

      Buyers beware ************* is attempting to scam me for hundreds of dollars! I have reached out to them for assistance at least 3 times to which they have not responded. Worst customer service tactic as it guarantees their scam.

      Adore me automatically enrolled me in a "VIP" service after making a single purchase. Since then, 13 times they have charged $39.95 to my credit card totaling over $500. Their customer service says this is "great news" because it is in the form of a store gift card.

      If you do not shop or skip between the first and the fifth, youll see a $39.95 charge on the card provided.       I love the items from Adore Me. However, the issue over the years which is shipping has only seemed to have gotten worse and worse. I waited for a month for items that never shipped and they told me the package was lost. Placed another order once accounted was credited and it was cancelled twice. After the second cancellation someone finally told me it was because you cant have more than 9 items per order. So why not make it to where u cant add more than 9 items to your cart at a time instead of processing the order just to cancel it. It took 2 weeks for them to cancel the second order, by then the sale was over and many items I wanted were sold out. Finally I placed my two separate orders ended up being shorted two sets due to the sale ending and it still took a month to receive all my items. Again great items, terrible shipping.

      Slow to ship, so slow on returns I didnt receive refunds for some items. They claim they never received some of my returns and I was charged for items I didnt want. Mixed quality. The PJs generally are very low quality. Bras look cheap. Some of the lingerie was nice. But overall I cant recommend this company mostly because of poor shipping and customer service.
