1 starI have no idea what the monthly VIP membership is supposed to give you. Its basically $40/mo to apply to my next purchase. Its all the same sets that they reintroduce and some of the fits are inconsistent. Tracking is never accurate and their customer service is pretty terrible. They may be powered by AI ** theres a lot of the same answers to different questions. Its a frustrating experience.Review fromMegan F

Predatory business practices. Boxes come to you almost 3-4 weeks late and when you ship things back to their warehouse they lose the box long enough for them to mark it as the return wasn't done within their 30 day return window so they can charge you the full price. I work in supply chain and logistics so I understand the current environment but Adore Me is banking on boxes getting lost or taking advantage of the **** long lead times to make additional gains off their customers.Absolutely disgusting business practices.

When I first found Adore Me I was ESTATIC! Finally, a company figured out that those of us who had some hips and b**** wanted to feel **** too! I know that they have items for all sizes but unlike most lingerie companies, they had more than one or two styles for us bigger girls. AND CUTE TOO!!! Not just your usual basic white, beige, and of course to be ****, Black! I wanted to ******* more than I could afford on my first visit. It didn't me long to fill out my first buy 6 get one free card. I even found some great stuff in the sale and clearance sections. It helped IMMENSELY that the models looked like real women. It made it so much easier to see what it might look like on me. Unlike many other companies, who made us suffer with either stiff, unyielding fabrics or cheap, easily torn-through fabrics or with hardware that busted or ripped, they presented us with well-made garments that held up AND looked pretty! Now my lingerie drawer is full to overflowing. It's a good thing too because even before ***** started hitting us all, they started slipping. Suddenly, if you wore anything above a 40DD, they were always out of stock or your size was sold out because they ordered far too few from their manufacturers. There were months on end when anything I wanted was just not available, or was only in some god-awful, butt-ugly color or pattern. And the models!!! What happened? There have been some that looked almost skeletal or seriously anorexic. If someone just did some photoshopping on their pictures, they need to be fired or at least go back to school!As soon as I can get my next "card" filled out, I'm going to be done with this company. I believe they have lost their original vision and forgotten the population they touted was the only one that had their sizes. Adore Me? At first yes, but now, it's.... Bore Me.Dissapoint Me.PS. Looking at the other reviews, you can easily tell which ones were done by real customers! Glad I never did the "Box" thing!Adore Me, Inc.

I have an email of me canceling my subscription and they confirmed the cancellation back on Jan 3, 2020. They never canceled my subscription even though I have confirmation. I had this set up on an acct I never use and is attached to savings. I found out today they have been taking out $39.95 a month for 29 months since I canceled. They will only refund $477 even though they owe me back way more!! Horrible companyAdore Me, Inc.

We have noticed that a few weeks after you have canceled your membership you have placed another order with us which resulted in subscribing you in the *** membership again. One third of the checkout page is dedicated to the *** membership information so that we can be as transparent as possible.
Since it is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions that store credit older than 12 months cannot be refunded our representatives are not authorized to issue a refund. Your store credit was converted to an e-gift card for your use that will never expire.

I am not content with the products. The bras are not sturdy. I had bought from Adore me before and loved their lingerie but was disappointed this time around. I also bought 100$ plus worth of stuff.Adore Me, Inc.

Bras fit like no other bra. I'm happy with texture, style and fit! I'm a busted female and to be able to find nice pretty bras and in my size is absolutely wonderful! I was wearing Playtex secrets and hated that the wires that came ** in middle made it look like a 3rd **** coming out. These bras from AdoreMe wires lay flat in between and don't poke up. Loveeee these bras!!! I am also loving that every bra comes with a matching undies. I do however have to go up a size for this brand.Adore Me, Inc.

Something happened to Adore Me When they first came on the scene, the products actually showed up and were a decent quality.The last THREE orders Ive placed have been delayed, and one just never actually showed up at all. I had to go through h*** with customer service just to try to get my money back for a piece I never received.Adore Me, Inc.
