      I placed an order with NY&C on 7/28/24. Order status indicates a label was created with *** on 8/6/24, but *** tracking still says "*** doesnt have possession of the package yet." It's now 8/12/24, and I still have not received this order. I received an order confirmation on the date of purchase, but no other communications from the company about the status of this order. I have since placed 2 other online orders with NY&C (on 8/9/24 and on 8/10/24, respectively), neither of which have yet been acknowledged, on my account order page. Based on other reviews I am reading online, I am concerned that I may never receive any of these purchases and have been ripped off by this company that is obviously going out of business. The below $ amount is the total for all 3 purchases.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by New York & Company regarding complaint ID ********.  They did finally deliver 2 of my orders, but two items were missing (one from each order), so I reached out to them to request a refund. Refunds were issued for the missing items, but Im still waiting on a third shipment that still hasnt arrived. At no time have I received any communication from the company.

      This complaint is for clothing items I returned within the return period because I have not received a refund. I went online to select the items I was returning and obtain a return shipping label from the seller. In my return package, I missed enclosing a blue ruffle blouse that I had requested a return on before I received the shipping label. I of course do not expect that item to be refunded, just the other items I returned which are all listed in this claim.I first received an email from the seller on January 19, 2024 stating that they did receive my return, but they were experiencing a delay in processing returns.Life got busy, and I kept meaning to check on it, and once I finally did, I saw that I still did not receive my refund. I emailed the seller on June 24, 2024 bringing this to their attention and asking them to look into it. I never received any reply.Today, my order still shows that they received my return and it is being processed. It is ridiculous that they have not yet processed my return and they do not answer my email.

      I placed an order with New York & Company on 7/28/24. I have yet to receive any tracking information or delivery. The package was supposed to be delivered between 8/6-8/9. I have not received anything yet, nor tracking. When I attempt to look order status up online it states that no order can be found. My order number is N3611289. There is no number to call anyone, I sent a email and haven't received a response.

      I requested a refund for an online order I placed in May 2024. I received an email that my return was accepted, but nothing populated when I clicked the enclosed link for the return label. I had to request a label several times in email. I returned the full order for $100.92 in May and the company still has not processed my return. I have followed up several times only to be told they are backlogged. Overall I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service. I had hoped this would be the level of New York && Co service that I grew up with but this has been a very disturbing experience. This organization is holding my refund hostage with no clear explanation as to why, although they already received the product over two months ago.

      I ordered this dress on April 20th, 2024, with the understanding that you can return items. The dress did not fit so I went on the website to request a label and it did not work. I emailed the company and told them that it was not working and they they eventually emailed back that their return system was broken. After it not being fixed I requested a label from them to be sent through the mail or email. They just kept sending back the same form response and then they quit responding at all they did not answer emails or phone calls at that point. I placed a dispute with Discover. Finally sometime in May they sent me a return label. I promptly returned the dress and never received a refund for it. The tracking shows that the dress was received. I've continued to email and call them and even text them and no one answers anything. I looked on Instagram and they have disabled their comments. They have limited comments on ******** but there were enough there to see that lots and lots of people were having the exact same problems. This place needs to be shut down but I need a refund first.

      Re my order ********* placed in late July of this year in the amount of $93.80 was for eight items. As New York and Company only shipped two items totaling $22.98 from that order received today, they owe me $70.82. As the remaining items not shipped to me on that order seem to be out of stock, they owe me a refund on those unshipped items. Im currently getting the run around from them. Please assist in getting my refund due back to me.

      I placed an order on 7/22. The item has not shipped, when tracking it says the label has been created but *** does not have possession of the package. Numerous emails (there is no phone number) have not been able to resolve the issue. Today is August 7th and the package has not shipped but my card was charged IMMEDIATELY. After reading other reviews, I see this is the company's current M.O.I am very dissatisfied and I just want a refund. I don't even want the item anymore but they tell me I cannot cancel the order, even though it has not shipped.Disgusting, I will not purchase from them again.

      I made an online purchase from New York and Company. On July 24, 2024. I order a white blazer, black sequin shirt, black western style boots, taupe thigh high boots. After a week of not getting a shipping notification. They gave an estimated delivery date of August 5. I attempted to contact them through the email they suggested which didn't go through. So I replied to the email connected with the order and received a generated message. Also received an email about payment and how charges would show up on my bank statement. Seemed fishy. So that's when I did a little research and found out this is a common problem with other customers. Can you help?

      I placed an order through New York and Company in March 2024. I received a shipping notification, but still have not received the merchandise. *** issued a claim to New York and Company. ******** services representatives are not helpful in resolving the issues. They have not sent me a refund for the merchandise that I never received.

      My name is ******************************* and I submitted a request to return a defective item that I purchased on 7-14-24.The purchase order is ******* and the item number is ******* for the Vneck button knit top, which is faulty and has loose stitches and seams.I submitted a request to return the item and received an email from the company stating that I should submit pictures of the item, As requested I sent several pictures of the item along with the shipping information and packaging slip. In addition to this, I called the company several times and sent several emails requesting a follow up to return request and I still was not contacted by the company.Please advise me on what steps to follow to initiate the return.I can be reached at ************ for any questions or feedback.

      Each time I reach out to them regarding the status of my issue I continue to receive a generic automated reply stating that I should be patient as they look into the matter more in detail.
