      Transaction date: 7/22/24 I ordered two dresses for a friends bridal shower. Paid extra for quicker shipping. I received an email stating that estimated delivery was 7/29-7/30.Followed up 7/27 after not receiving any shipment updates.Followed up again 7/29 after no response.Received a generic template reply on 7/29.Sent a follow up on 7/29 and 7/30 looking for updates.Received a note 7/30 stating they reached out to the warehouse for an update.Sent a follow up on 7/31 asking for an update and asked if they have the products available.Received a note 7/31 stating they would provide an update once they have it. They did not answer my product availability question.Sent a follow up on 8/1 asking again about product availability.Received a generic template response on 8/2 that once again did not answer my product availability question.Sent a follow up note today (8/5) after no additional updates being received. I requested that they cancel my order and refund my money. I let them know that I would be submitting a complaint to BBB.No response at this time.

      I returned two pairs on jeans in January they have yet to refund me. First they said delay allow up to 41 days it has been 6 months and they keep telling me they are working on my refund

      Transaction date: January 22, 2024 Amount paid: $52.03 ($48.97 plus $3.06 sales tax). This amount was part of an order (I received most of the items in that order, but was missing the one item listed below).What business committed to provide: a garment (described as an "embroidered mesh peplum top")Nature of Dispute: I was charged for an item that ordered but never received. An incorrect item was included in its place (pants that I didn't order). I attempted to contact New York & Company by email and phone. They did not resolve the issue by email (they stopped communicating), and their **************** phone line has not worked since the beginning of February 2024. The charge remains on my New York & Company credit card account, even after I disputed it. ************** which oversees the credit card, insists that I must contact New York & Company to have the charge removed, but NY&Co has been unreachable from February 2024 to the present (August 2024). ************* representatives have attempted to reach New York & Company as well about this issue, and were also unsuccessful. I have talked with ************* and they are aware of the issue with New York & Company. Many other customers are having similar problems. Some of these complaints can be viewed here:******************************************************************************* *********************************************************** *********************************************************************************************************************************** Late charges are now being applied to my ************* credit card account, although I didn't have a balance owing to New York and Company in the first place.The order confirmation with the order number, as well as my attempts to resolve the above issue by email with New York and Company are attached.       This company's size chart is dishonest. Some time ago, there were customers' reviews and I think a scale to reveal the fit and more details of the advertised clothing. These helpful tools were gone when I made my order. The day the items were delivered, the sizes of the pants were all too large plus they were poorly stitched and are made of thin fabric. I do not trust the quality of these bottoms. I did not gave to try them on to know they were too large. I remember reading that customers' reviews would sometimes warn prospective customers of such redults despite the size chart. I emailed ny and company and the response was that I should pay to return these oversized bottoms despite the said measurements in the size chart "matched" my physical dimensions. As of four days, I am waiting to get help since calling their credit card hotline was not helpful either. I only want a refund as I do not have any interest in ny and company clothing anymore and to return these items but not on my dime.

      I made a purchases from New York & Company in May 2024. They sent me the wrong outfit, and the other outfit was to big. I returned all items and sent email requesting the refund. As of August 2024 I have not received my refund.

      Placed order on 07/10/2024 and order is still listed as unfulfilled. When I reached out to the company using the provided email, I received a generic response of apologies and promises to reach out to the warehouse. However, no response and still no update.

      Company never shipped item. Just label Printed does not answer customer service phone line and sent one email response that they would contact the warehouse and then ghosted me. Apparently this is an ongoing theme this company has been pulling. I want my money back!

      I have 2 orders with NY and Co. Order number ******* placed on 7/3/2024 and order number ******* placed on 7/1/2024. Both orders were sent to *** on 7/9/2024 and *** is still does not have the orders. I have email ******************************* and I have called **************. You can never get anyone on the phone. And the email response I got was a generic email stating they were looking into the issue and they are sorry for the delay.

      I ordered 3 dresses. 2 of the dresses have major defects. One dress has a lot of embroidery and most of the embroidered areas are coming apart. The dress is light in color and these defects are very very noticeable in daylight, and will lead to the embroidery ultimately coming apart more. The second dress has a missing hook in the front that leads to the dress having no way to close up the chest area. I emailed NY and Company about these issues. They requested photos of the defects. I sent these photos. I was then ghosted. I sent 5 more emails asking for a reply in that email chain. I then emailed again starting over with a new email thread, where they again requested photos. I again sent photos. I was again ghosted with no reply to multiple emails asking for a follow up. They don't have a customer service phone number that I can call as far as I can tell. I would like these dresses refunded at this point.

      I returned items in February 2024 and have not been refunded. I have emailed there customer service as well as tried to call several times. They owe me $71.61
