I placed an order on 12/7/2023, Order# ********** Six of the items were returned within their return window. As of 7/10/2024, I still have not been refunded. The toll free # for NY&CO puts you on hold and then you get disconnected. I have sent multiple emails and continue to get the same reply. To Whom It May ******* I had purchased merchandise from **** on 2/24. I had informed them via emails, text, phone calls about one of my merchandise missing in the package. On 7/8/24, I heard back from **** by email. NYCO has replied back by email that my package and items were all delivered. They asked was a fraudulent package received on my end. I replied, that one of my sweaters were missing in the package. I no longer want the sweater but my $11.99 refunded back. I would like my money back from the merchant.Customer Answer

On June 2,2024,I placed an order (Order # ********) with New York and Company. I received the items on June 14,2024. After opening my package, I noticed that I had received damaged items. I called New York and Company several times to resolve this issue. No one live representative answered ,it went straight to their voice mail system. I have also sent several emails including pictures of the damaged items. No one has contacted me. And there is no way to contact anyone to assist in this matter as they have opted to ignore the consumers calls! Something has got to be done about his! This is not right and it seem to be a company that scams consumers out of money! Pictures of damaged items have been sent to New York and Company.Customer Answer

I made a purchase back in April and I received my package but two items was missing. Ive been trying to resolve this issue since April 15, 2024. I filed a complaint with you all and they only refunded me for the missing shirt but will not resolve the issue of the missing dress. They keep giving me the run around, when at first they werent responding and now there is no resolution. I just want my refund Im honestly not sure how they are allowed to continue taking orders when they are doing this to so many people.Customer Answer

Made purchase online with New York & Company. Realized closed, looked online said online services remain open. I placed an order on 4/15/24 in the amount of $80.84. Order #*******.The NY&Co website would not process the return label due to a glitch in their system. I emailed back and forth many times and finally received a return label on 4/30/24. I returned the merchandise.NY&Co acknowledged that the shipment had been received on 5/29/24 and indicated that I would receive a refund for $77.67. On 3/2/24, I returned my purchase of two dresses from NY & Company (order #n3392096), in accordance with their return policy. They communicated via email that they had received my return and would process it on 3/12/24, saying: "Your return will be processed once it reaches our warehouse in 5-7 business days."On 3/17/24, they communicated via email (subj: An Update On Your Return): Due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders, we are currently facing challenges in promptly processing returns. Your return was delivered via *** on Mar 12th, 2024. We understand the importance of a timely resolution and want to assure you that our team is diligently working to expedite your refund. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly request your understanding and patience during this time.On 5/14/24 they communicated that the processing of my refund was inadvertently delayed via email (subj: Action Required: Refund Process Update). To expedite, they requested I fill out a form to begin an ACH transfer, including adding all of my bank account information to a not secure site: *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************. I replied that I was uncomfortable with that on 5/15/24 and asked that they process my return on the card I previously used for my purchase. They never responded. I followed up on 6/25/24 to ask what happened. On 6/26/24 they responded addressing me as "*******" and forwarding me an email that included all of the replies, including Personal ID information (full names, emails, order numbers, etc.) of every customer that had replied to the 5/14/24 email (subj: Action Required: Refund Process Update). This is a gross exposure of personal ID information from a business on top of a terrible customer service experience that has taken months to process a refund.Customer Answer

They once again addressed me by the incorrect name "*******" and said: We wanted to inform you that we have escalated your issue to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution. Rest assured, we are taking the necessary steps to address your concern promptly.

I purchased two dresses on 4/17/24. Unfortunately, they did not fit well. I reached out to return the items, but was told the return labels werent working and I had to wait. When they finally were working weeks later I sent the items back. The items were received by NY and Company on May 29, 2024 and I still do not have a refund. Anytime I reach out it takes two weeks to get a vague response telling me to be patient. Order date 5/12/2024 Order placed for 6 items totaling $187.83 Only one item received I sent them an email asking about the rest on 6/4/2024. Further emails sent on 6/12, 6/13, 6/27, 6/28.They have been asking me to check with neighbors, the courier service, post office (I have enquired with all those)etc without giving me any information about a refund.
