      Ordered from retailer as I have often done ...received package, opened to only find 3 of the 4 items I ordered. Reached out via email and received a reply indicating that my package was successfully delivered. I reach again receiving the same reply. Then the replies were asking me to ask family or neighbors if they took it. Twice I replied that the package was not tampered with at all, it was completely sealed. Today their email was the same, with no resolution. I was hoping for an apology regarding the missing item and that it will be shipped promptly. Please assist in getting a resolution to this issue. If they cannot send me the item ...I would like a refund. Thank you.

      I have I've 30 email with tracking information. They would only email. I asked for a phone call. Never did they reach h out to me. Horrible return policy... paid out of pocket to get a refund and nothing

      Order #******** - May 27, 2024: I never received my order. I emailed several times for the last 2 months and only receive generic email responses. To date I have not received the items.Order #******** and I received the dress without the belt. I emailed and was assured they would check the warehouse and get back to me. To date I have not received the belt.

      I placed an order with New York and Company on June 14 based on the amount I purchase the shipping was free however I was able to pay $9.99 in order to have my delivery expedite. I paid that additional fee I have not received my package, I have made numerous attempts to contact them each time. I call you sit on the phone for approximately five minutes and then you get a recorded message stating that they cannot take the call during business hours and they apologize to leave a detailed message and they will contact you. No one has contacted me. I reached out to them via email as well several times And have not received a response nor have I received my package or my credit for the $9.99. I have no idea if Im even going to receive a package of this point due to the Business has been conducted for this purchase. I am requesting a refund and to receive my package /Order that I have been charged for

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by New York & Company regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      It was a system generated response and they did not address the request for the refund for the Expedited shipping charges as the package was not received until much later. Also, when I responded the same automated message came back days later. The company has not resolved, nor have they refunded the charges. Also, products were shipped damaged well two of the items and Im yet to have them respond in order to replace

      I made a return with them on May 23rd and never received my refund. I have emailed them at least 3 times and they keep saying their returns department is really busy. They received the item back at least a month ago.

      I had sent my items back, and received an email from the company on March 13th, 2024 stating my refund was being processed. On April 8th, I had sent an email requesting an update since I had not received my refund for what I returned. More time had passed, and I sent another email on May 13th requesting an update. It is not June 26th, and I have not received a response nor did I receive my refund. The amount that is owed to me is $200. I would just like my money back.

      I emailed ******************************* on 6/17/24 twice nobody responded to my emails. Customer so confused gave me the number to TTYY for hearing impaired. This company is the worst. Nobody can help with orders or tracking package which tells me to contract sender.

      I made an order 5/3/24 with many items. One of the dresses was supposed to have a belt and it did not come with it once delivered. I cannot wear since it has loops on the waist and looks incomplete without the belt that comes with it. Also I never received the following items: Mid Rise Bootcut Yoga Pant. I have emailed the generic ******************************* 6 times in the past month to resolve this and called the customer service hotline twice and left voicemails with no return call.

      I ordered an outfit on April 19, 2024, and I received it at the end of April, 2024. The outfit was a bit big, so I asked to exchange it. The item was out, so they said they would refund me after they received the item back. I tried to send it back to them at the beginning of May, 2024, however, I was unable to get a return label from NY&C. After a week of asking for a label to return it, I finally got the label on 5-14-24. The outfit was delivered and signed for 5-17-24 at 11:45 a.m. I have been following up for a refund since May 17th. It has been over a month, and no refund, and no one is returning my requests for a refund.
