      I made a return according to their policy and the return arrived at their shipping dock 5/15. The processing time was supposed to be 7-10 business days. I have made dozens of attempts to contact them and finally received the following email on 6/4: Thank you for reaching out.We understand that your time is valuable, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, our warehouse team is working diligently to process all returns as quickly as possible.Upon checking, your return is being processed.Processing the order(s) you returned may take 7 to 10 business days to complete once we receive the items in our warehouse. This may take longer if you opt to choose your preferred return method.Then, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed back to the original payment method you used when the order was placed.You may visit our Return Policy page at ?********************************************************************* you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated customer support team. We are here to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have.Best Regards,New York & Company Customer Executive Obviously, this was false and unhelpful. Furthermore, the phone number NY&Co provided to my payment method ************) lead to a medical alert scam apparently targeting the elderly. This whole process seems designed to be so annoying that the buyer gives up on obtaining their refund. If that was going to be the case, I wouldve kept the merchandise.

      6/5/24 transaction date Order number-******** I ordered 5 pairs of yoga pants and heart earrings, only one pair of yoga pants came in the order I received on 6/7/24 but no heart earrings. I have reached out to a number on the shop app several, several times and no one answers. This is not acceptable and would like a response asap

      On May 27, 2024, I made an online purchase from New York and Company, order receipt ********. The confirmation stated that the 6 items would be shipped within 5-8 business days. I also received a shipping label from *** (******************). The tracking record states the label was made, items were not shipped. A few days later I was credited $13.77 for 1 item with a statement that the item was no longer in stock. I have visited the website, and all six items (including the canceled items) are available. I have not received any items to date, however the charge has been deducted from my bank account. I have called the customer care line several times but will only get a voice message. I have called several days a week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. but the voice message will always state out of business hours. I have sent several emails to the help email listed on the company's website but I have not received a response. I would like my items or a response.

      Placed an online order number ******** on May 28, 2024 for 2 items. My credit card was billed for $81.11 on May 28, 2024. As of this date, I have not received the items. The *** tracking number ****************** assigned to this bogus order states "Label Created on 5/31/2024 at 4:15P - Shipper created a label, *** has not received the package yet." It is illegal to charge for goods that have not even been shipped. I request a refund of $81.11.

      Ordered dresses on 5/25 for a graduation on June 9th - economy shipping was 5-8 days.On 6/3 contacted the company via email about why it hasnt shipped. They said we will follow up with the warehouse and get back to you this was the last and only response received.Between 6/5-6/15 there have been multiple emails, calls and texts - but no response from the company.

      My order arrived this evening 25 days after I placed the order with no communication that it even shipped. So I guess in regards to complaint ID ********, I guess the resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However I will not shop with them again.

      On May 30, 2024 I made an online purchase for some clothes via the website for the company ************** I paid extra money to have my ordered delivered in 3-4 business days.I tried contacting them to find out the status of my order since I never received a confirmation email stating the item was shipped. I called various times and left phone messages, I emailed and texted. I even contacted Afterpay (company I used to pay via my credit card for the purchase advising them what was going on, they opened a dispute). I ordered these again on May 30th, paid extra to have them delivered in 3-4 days as I sold my house in ********* and was moving to ******* (which I am living). It was NOT until June 10, 2024, that I received any communication from New York and Company stating my order was sent via *** with a tracking number. I told New York and Company I no longer owned my house (where the package was being delivered) as of June 10th (closing). I looked up the tracking number and the shipment arrived in the evening on June 12th. So now I have paid for items that I never received. This is a scam to me. I saw various complaints from other people advising they never received their items, cannot get return calls, etc.

      I placed two orders with NYC and have not received them. I reached out to customer service via email and they state they will correspond with the warehouse. This has been over 3 weeks.

      Hello. I placed my order on May 24, 2024. The label was created, and a tracking number was sent. The item has not moved or been picked up by **** I have already emailed customer care four times. I also reached out on multiple social media accounts belonging to them. Not one time, was there any response, not even an automated acknowledgment. I'm really considering canceling my credit card and not doing business there anymore. I have already received a credit card bill for an item I haven't even received. I'm getting really frustrated. Order # *******5 Tracking # ****************** Thank you, *****

      On December 21, 2023 I paid $59.47 for ***************************** Pumps shoes on Order No. ******** and I never recieved them. I emailed the company on April 2, 2024 at ******************************* and they acknowledged that they never shipped me this item but I have not recieved a refund. Please help me get my money back from this company. Thank you.

      On February 2,2024 I paid $45.25 to newyorkandcompany.com (Order No. ********) for ************************ Bracelet Booties and I never recieved them. I emailed the company on April 2, 2024 to ******************************* to explain that I never recieved this item. The company responded to my email and agreed that they never shipped this item to me but I never recieved my refund. Please help me get a refund from this company who took my money and never shipped me the shoes that I ordered. Thank you.
