      I made two payments to my runway rewards card in June. One on June 3, 2022 for $155 and closing he other on June 30th for $100. Neither payments have been credited to my account. I contacted customer service and was told that I needed to write a letter to the dispute department and enclose evidence of payments. I got the evidence from my bank and sent it along with the letter explaining the situation and requesting that my account be immediately credited with these two payments along with any finance charges or late fees that might have been charged. It has been over 90 days and my account had not been credited nor have I received a refund.

      I have bought a dress from ***** in july, as soon as i received i didn't like it so i returned it the next day with the shipping label they provided me. The next month i get a bill of that dress, and a late fee charged. So i ******* they say the dress is not returned. I check my *** records ki have, the dress arrived to their warehouse. So i have been dealing with them and ************** Credit card since july. Which i have been charged since july, late fees for not paying. Wich i am not supposed to pay because the dress is at their warehouse now. And i didn't get a refund back. And i have been charged with so much late fees since july. I want to file a complaint because yesterday they called me to send me to collection. The dress is at their warehouse, i didn't get a refund and i have been charged with late fees for that specific dress. Note that i dont owe anything on NY&Co Credit card except that dress

      I was able to assist the customer and advised them that the previous agents provided them with the right information. I also advised the customer that we already processed the refund for them on September 5 amounting to $27.52. I also advised the customer that they can check the refund on their statement and check the refund under our merchant name "Retail Winds". When if regard to the late fee, we advised them to call one of our support team so they will be assisted on it.

      Purchased ****** of products . 9 items total . Received one item on Saturday September 10,2022. Another packaged was delivered on September 12,2022 , in the package there were none of the items that I ordered . I called the headquarters number found on ****** it did not work . I called the customer service number *********** . **************** is terrible . The rep did not help in refunding my money knowing that the sent incorrect items and not my order . My refund is contingent on me returning the items the incorrectly sent . It is totally inappropriate for me to mail them their products but not refund my money or send me my products . The manager also did not help in giving me my refund either and offered no solution but to send back the items they incorrect sent . Which could take another 2 weeks or more to get my money returned to me . They should have refunded my money regardless knowing they sent the incorrect items . Very disappointed in the company it used to be a good reputable company . All I want it my money back or the products I ordered.

      Order was placed 8/15/2022, took about 7 days for order to be "processed" then continued in limbo. Due to them moving warehouses. No one reached out to make it an option whether we as customers would like to wait or get a refund. Two separate *** labels were created days apart. Every time I called I got a different answer. I received one item from the entire order. Their was promise dates on the order and they were not fulfilled I don't know where my order is it is very disappointed that I have to take time out of my day to try to resolve this very inconvenient issue.

We have checked the order number ************ we checked customer's previous conversation with us and we made a thorough check on the account as well on our resources. We have process a refund of $119.93 back to their original form of payment method. We tried calling the customer to their phone number but we can't connect to her.       08/31/22 @ 11:13am submitted an order online. Within ************************************************************** the wrong color. I immediately called to either change the color or cancel altogether as the order was still processing and not shipped. Was told I could not do that and that I'd have to wait for the item to be delivered and I could then return the item and pay $6.95 return fee. I just want it cancelled at this point as I'm not trying to lose money on the situation when I contacted them immediately. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told I could not and they just couldn't help me. Order number ************ No tracking number because it wasn't fulfilled yet.

      I placed this order (**********) of 2 pair of leg ankle pants one black and one white. I used a coupon for $25.00 off your purchase $25.00 or more.I placed this order on 7/28. I received the black pair of pants but not the white pair.I have called twice to find out when I will receive the white pair. I was told one time that I should receive it within four days which didnt happen. The second time I was told I would be receiving an email with a tracking # again which didnt happen.I have also sent an email to customer service which I did not get a response.I feel as if I m getting the runaround. I would like to know when I will receive the rest of my order?Also, I received a bill for *****. What is that for since my pants were priced at $25.00 for each pair.What happened with my coupon?Are you going to honor it?

      I submitted my order for 22 items on 7/30/22. I emailed the company for a status 8/13/22. My email specifically asked for a status so I could determine if I still wanted the order. I needed the order for a trip the weekend of 8/26th. They did not acknowledge or respond to my email. I received 2 ship confirmation emails on 8/15/22. Several of the items were cancelled with no prior notice. I received the first package 8/18/22 with only 2 items. The second package has not arrived and has no movement since 8/15 under tracking number ****************** thru **** I emailed 8/22, but did not receive a response. I chatted thru the website and called NY&C 8/24/22 to request a refund. They offered a 10% discount on a future order. I said that in no way resolves my issue. They said once they shipped the order they have no further responsibility. They instructed me to contact **** I told them I paid them for an order I have not received and I have no way of knowing what information is attached to that tracking number. Also, *** will not allow me to submit a claim because I did not ship the order. I asked to speak to someone else. They told me a Supervisor was not available. I said I would wait. They told me someone would call me back within 2 days. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they have refused. I have absolutely no remedy at this point.

      I have been a victim of identity theft advised this company that i never had a account with them provided the necessary documentation to show the theft the company refused to acknowledge my claim and violate my Credit Rights only option are litigations
