      I placed three orders with them from 11/6/23 to 11/15/23. I sent all three orders back. It has been over a month and I have received NOTHING. I call and they hang up on me or just tell me it's delayed but that I will be refunded. I email and they send a form letter back with their return policy. They keep telling me it's delayed but no other information is provided. I asked to speak to a manager and was disconnected. I have sent 3 emails and called 6 times as of today. No resolution. They have almost $700 of my money and all the clothes returned. I have been buying from their store (in person and online) for 20 years. I never had a problem until now. I will NEVER go back.

      They are out to get you for literally every *****. I had a balance due of *****. I paid it off in full the day it was due. Well before 5pm. They ended up throwing an "interest charge" on there after I paid it off. So I had a bunch of late fees accrue along with more "interest charges". When I asked them about it all I kept getting was the same response word for word. Accusing me of wanting a grace ******* I told them I didn't need a grace ****** because I paid it off on the due date. There was no balance to take the interest from. Then they said they take the average daily balance for the previous month and put interest on that, then that becomes your NEW balance due. Does that not sound completely criminal? Why not just add the "average daily balance interest" in with the total amount due for the month??? Because they want you to think your paid off, then charge you several late fees and more interest.

      I had the same experience as the review below. I placed an order on 11/1/23, received it on 11/09/23. None of the items fit, I contacted them about a return and mailed the items on 14th. I contacted them on 12/4/23 they said the return was received and in process. I called again on 12/13/23 the woman on the phone said the credit would be posted to my account by today. I called again today and now she is giving me the same run around she gave me on 12/13/23. I asked to speak with the manager she said she is the only person that I can talk to. Then said hold on I will research, then starts back tracking asking me for tracking. I said why do you need my tracking info if you already told me you received my package, and the credit was to be posted any day? Now you are lying to me. We got nowhere and she said her manager would call me in 24 hours .I have little faith and now I am out $200. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS Also it was the same girl who answered both times, so they have one person handling all their calls?

      I now see so many other reviews like mine. I returned multiple items prior to Thanksgiving. While I also had to pay the cost of that return, they apparently didn't even get it until December 8, 2023. It is now December 19, 2023. When I contacted them, they said the return was still in progress. They could be selling the items i returned and making money on them, while I still have received no refund. They also had the nerve to tell me to check my original payment account to make sure the refund hadn't been issued, as if i was contacting them out of no where just assuming it wasn't issued. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company to return something. I would never recommend buying from them. I wish I could give them zero stars because they don't even deserve one.

      WOW!!! I should have read these comments too! As reputable as they were back in the day, I would have never thought they would turn into a untrusting, hard to contact, pathetic company. Like many other reviews, I have a confirmation they received my clothing I returned and I took great care in returning the items in the same bag and put in a very nice box, so that it wouldn't get damaged in shipping. I can't even get anyone on the phone. I sent 5 emails and not one word or comment. $92.37 is not a small amount of money. I should have known when all the locations closed here in *********!! NEVER ORDER from them!! There are far better retail stores out there and online to shop. If I could give zero stars I would. And truly the only reason I did not keep was the items were very short waisted on me. Unfortunately the clothing was cute, but with a non-existent customer service, the price and style don't matter. RETURN MY MONEY!!!!

      I returned several items on 11.13.2023 and was told the warehouse received the items on 11/21.2023 and the warehouse was contacted to process the refund. I still have not received a refund as of 12.15.2023. I don't believe I will receive it. The ****** has been learned. In the past, I purchased a lot from this company and was very satisfied. After they closed their stores something has changed and it appears they are scamming their customers. Please don't purchase from this company.They do not deserve a 1 star rating.

      I returned merchandise back in Aug or Sept and reached out multiple times to check the status of the return. I have email correspondence confirming receipt of the items and have yet to receive my refund. It appears this is an ongoing issue with this company and it's customers. The customer service is less than 1 star. What's even more concerning is if they are refusing to refund customers money, where is the money going? Now they have added a remark on my credit report and sent correspondence stating the matter was being investigated weeks ago after I provided proof of an email from them stating my return was received and my refund would be sent...that's been over a month. This company needs to be investigated.

      I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to ordering. I returned some items on 11/28/2023 and they signed it for it on 12/01. I just hung up with them and they said their warehouse received it on 12/06 and I still don't have a refund. The *** told me that they would send me an email explaining their return process and I needed to review it so I wouldn't keep calling them asking about my refund. WTH?! I just read the email and it said their warehouse will take 7 to 10 business days to review my return. Once they review the return then it will take another 7 to 10 business days for them to process the funds back to my CC.Buyer Beware!

      GARBAGE COMPANY. Please do not order from them at all. I ordered boots and not only did they take forever to come in but they came in damaged and covered in mud!!! I immediately called and email service representatives who all said if I wanted to return the item I had to pay for the return label. I sent them pictures of the boots and they completely ignored me!!!
