      Never never answer the phone. I also got 20% for my birthday and it was not accepted. This is a continued problem. I email and call to no avail.

      I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I have yet to receive over $300 worth in refunds of returned items. I will never order from them again and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. They are a scam. As a journalist I will be writing several articles about their poor business conduct and scams to warn other customers.

      I returned a dress on 11/20/23, and I have not heard from them nor received my refund. I have called and emailed them multiple times and have received no response. So now they have their dress back (unopened) and my money! I just want my money back.

      I returned their product immediately because I was not pleased with the quality of the product. Their agent picked up the package on 11/21/23 and I am still waiting for my refund as of today 12/8/23. This is unacceptable, I will never order from them again. I want all of my money back, including the shipping fee/returns fee. I would not have returned it if I was satisfied with the product and of course I would not know this until I actually receive it. Since they no longer have a brick and mortar store, they think it is okay to stick the customer for the return. I have sent them the tracking ticket, yet I still do not have my money. I am warning you do not buy from this company. They have very poor business practices. I wish I could give them zero stars. Order - n3095039

      Return process has been an absolute disaster. I have returned the item. I reached out approx 2 weeks after the return to check on the status. The email reply was simply copy and paste of their policy. I have waited an additional 2 weeks and have yet to receive a refund. I have also attempted to contact this company to no avail! I will never make any future purchases with NYCO

      Do they even have a customer service? I have called and left voicemails multiple times and even emails. There are no stores near me and I received my return back to me. When I call, I get a voicemail to leave a message. No one ever calls back terrible customer service I just want a refund for my item.

      I made an online purchase 10/08/23 upon receiving the items. It wasn't what I ordered. I tried several times to reach them by phone and no one never answers the phone. I did get a response through email, said they have to investigate and would get back to me, it is now December and haven't got my refund and I send the wrong pieces back and had I known it wouldn't get resolved I would have just kept the wrong things. so, at this point I am out of my $55 and the clothing. I have tried calling and emailing for two weeks and no response. All I want is my money back no more ordering from them.

      I have been emailing New ******** for a year now for my refund that's over $200.00 I keep getting the same response that they are working on tracking my returned. I have giving them numerous times my order numbers and the *** tracking number showing that the received the items. I thought when you call customer service that they should have notes from the last person you spoke with at the company. It's impossible to take with management. I haven't received a call back yet. Their excuse is that they moved their warehouse and they have a new system. I think ******** *** has become a fraud and I will no longer order and will close my account. ****** has gain a new customer. I'll rather pay more then beg for items or a refund for items i no longer want. I have collected all items that haven't been wore and will returned with in 45days.

      I have ordered items ran too large. They have not refunded my money telling me they do not have items when **** delivered 11/15/23 at 8:57am. Return my Money! Will never order again from them. If I could of left no star that's what they would of got.

      Please do not spend your money with this company. I ordered some items which included 2 work pants. Upon receiving them, the quality of the pants were not satisfactory and they ran way too large. I immediately returned those 2 items which was delivered back to the company on October 11. It is now November 28 and I STILL have not received my refund. I have called and I have emailed and have been getting the run around. Today they tell me, they cannot tell me when I will get a refund because the are backed up.
