      If I could give them no stars, I would. First issue: they shipped my items 2 weeks after I placed the order. Second issue: the shipping took a whole week. I know I got the basic shipping method, but compared to other companies with the same shipping, it didnt even compare, it was extremely slow. Third issue: when my package finally gets to my destination, **** delivered it to a parcel, but never left me a key. The courier probably placed the key in the wrong mailbox point is, my package never made it to me on October 23rd. I filed a claim that same day with **** and the ****, they both responded right away. I got a letter of support from **** that acknowledges they lost the package, which is all I should need for the retailer to reimburse me BUT of course, **** keeps giving me the runaround and wont refund me. Ive been in contact with them since October 23rd first I was told to give them 10 days, which I did, but nothing was resolved. Then they said to give them 48hrs, I did once again, but nothing was resolved. Then they told me to give them 4 days Im fed up! Ive given them plenty of time to resolve the problem. The refund is approximately $108. **** is a complete fraud, dont buy from them. Another item that was part of my purchase never even shipped. Luckily they refunded the money for that, but I find it outrageous they never even bothered to let me know about the refund. At this point, Im forced to contact my credit card company and file a fraudulent claim under the **** transaction since I never received what I ordered.

      I bought a dress from them in October. It arrived and fit fine but just wasnt what I needed. I started the return and took it to the post office on October 30. Of course their tracking only lasted a day because on October 31 at 12:55pm it was picked up by a shipping agent and no update has come through since. I emailed them on November *********************************************************************************************** process but no indication if the item has been received. They told me it would take **** business days to complete once item has been received by the warehouse. So I waited and sent another email November **************************************************************************** process over a week after my last contact with them and almost a month since it was shipped back to them. I dont understand how it could be taking this long when they already take $10 of my refund to pay for shipping back to them. I dont think I will get my money back from them even though I bet they have had the item for some time now

      **************** has become real ** bad. Most of the time you can't get through. Calls constant** drop. Ordered pants, never received them and can't get a refund

      Do NOT order anything from this company. It is a SCAM. Ordered (2) dresses and returned with confirmation receipt. ******** and Co sent an email that they never received item despite signature confirmation. They have fake numbers on their 'contact us' with robo calls stating they are not available to take calls. No person answers calls. Leave a message and receive a robo call recording that they are unavailable. **The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this company**

      Worst Company Ever. This company has gone down the drain the last few years. I made a return, was shorted about $40.00 on the return, and have been contacting them for months to get a refund. You just get shuffled around between different people and the issues never get resolved. How are they still in business????? The clothing subscription is impossible to cancel because the customer service website is down and there's no way to contact anyone. I had to cancel my credit card to cancel the memership. A lawsuit needs to be filed.

      It's been two weeks now since I placed my order, and the order hasn't even shipped. I reached out to customer service to just cancel it since its outside of their 6-8 business days window and they are refusing to do so. I asked for any update on when the order will be shipped and there's no answer. The website also clearly states that it ships orders from warehouses in ***

      This was the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. NYCO shipped me 1 out of 4 items that I ordered and they still have not provided me my refund. I have been emailing back-and-forth since Oct. 6th with no resolution. I requested a manager call me several times to no avail. This is ridiculous and unprofessional to charge the consumer for a company error. I don't understand why this issue has not been resolved. Still waiting!!!! It sounds like NYCO DOES THIS OFTEN PER OTHER REVIEWS.

      If I could give 0 stars I would , I made an online purchase for the FIRST time . Returned the order and have yet to get a refund. They are scammers and have no real customer service representatives . They keep giving me the run around and Im sick of it . I will never buy from them again . They have certainly gone to the dumps , if they had a reputable company they wouldnt have closed during Covid pandemic. I should have known better . Do not shop online youll never get your money back and they charge you to return !

      If i could leave zero stars i would!! I placed an order and recieved it in in the **** days like they stated. however, when i opened the package i knew right away they had sent me a wrong sweater. i also wanted to inquire about exchanges as i believe their sizing has changed a lot! I called for 4days, 2 days being weekends where i don't think they even bothered to turn on the phones. any call back i recieved either they hung up on me, or noone was on the other end. i finally decided to try the text massage, i have been talking to someone for 3hrs and still have no resolution to getting the correct sweater sent to me. he won't answer my questions, all he has offered was a refund that i never asked for. i called the store again and left a message requesting a manager because when texting the guy disappeared for an hr n a half mid conversation. If i choose to send my items back they charge $9.95 per item as a restocking fee and it takes months to get the refund back. This has got to be the worst service I've ever recieved. when they had a store front i purchased about half my wardrobe there. but since they went to online only, I've had nothing but problems with them. ill NEVER shop there again! what a disgrace!!

      I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order I am experiencing the same things that you all are. I placed an order September the 5th I have not received the order I have reached out to them several times over the past month I still have to pay my bill on my credit card did I charge it on they keep sending they're going to give me a refund it's almost going into the second month in November that I've been contacting them via email .My package disappeared the post office doesn't have any information. This is very frustrating for me and I don't think this company should still be up and running New York and company *****
