No easy way to cancel a subscription! Their website gives you the run around when trying to close and cancel a subscription. They want you to email them, sent 3 emails to the email address they listed on their website to cancel my subscription and not response. Then I received another order in the meantime so got ****** and was searching to a customer service phone number to call. No number easily found, and another way to cancel your subscription was buried in their support help. Will see how long it takes them to respond this way.Scentbird Inc.

I was excited to try out the Parfums De ***** line with scentbird and that was the only reason why I even subscribed because I didn't want to buy a fragrance I may or may not like. I put it into my queue but at the time I only had the one subscription. I updated my subscription to 3 per month and charged the additional pay of $10 each of those "select" fragrances. I paid for my next month just to see online that they were no longer in stock after paying for them a week and a half ago. I played email tag with customer service for a couple of weeks and decided to just cancel my subscription. I paid for products that should've been scent to me that I chose and not just get thrown extras to make up for that month. Especially since I did pay for it already so I'm not sure why they didn't put those items to the side or showed inventory online that those items were out for other people to not buy if they had none left. I ended up wasting time, money that I later got refunded, and just received disappointment. I will no longer subscribe to them nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else. WORD OF ADVICE: Just pay for the full bottle online/in store and return it through the actual brands website/store and don't waste your time with scentbird.Scentbird Inc.

They make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. I had to go to Reddit and get a link from the thread just to cancel. they are also wildly over MSRP for full bottle cologne.Scentbird Inc.

I was really excited to place my first order after seeing my favorite influencer promote it. Seemed like a great deal so I signed up. I received a tracking number and got really excited. Once it said delivered, I checked my mailbox to see if it was there. It wasnt. I waited two days just in case it was delayed. It never showed up. I contacted DHL and **** and the tracking numbers were invalid so I could fill out a missing package. I contacted Scentbird for a replacement. They said they would send a replacement out and I would receive a tracking number shortly. That was five days ago. I canceled my subscription and I am very upset. I never received a product or a replacement.Scentbird Inc.

This company charged me twice after emailing them to cancel my subscription. There is no customer service phone number. I was charged 8$ and 16$ on the same day. Its only supposed to be $8. Ive emailed again to cancel.Scentbird Inc.

We offered a 50% discount for your first month only, which is why it was $8.47.The additional charge you incurred was for a premium fragrance you added to your queue for that specific month. Premium products cost an additional $5, $10, $15, or $20 which youll see reflected on the product page and in your queue. Your monthly subscription price will only increase for the month that youve selected a premium product in your queue.
