      I have started the treatment with Candid in November 2021; they shipped me 16 alligners for 8 months; when I had 4 alligners left, I contacted the customer service stating my concern that the right side of my mouth is not alligning properly; I was told to wait until the treatment is completed; I filed a complaint with pictures, and I was told that they will send me a new starter kit with impressions within 3-4 wks; make a lomg story short, my last dental scan was on July 8th when I finished my 16 alligner treatment, and today August 16th, I checked their site to see if my impression kit was mailed. Of course, it was not. The rep on the phone said that he will mail me a starter kit today; my feeling is no orthodontist is checking these dental scans; even though the scans showed the teeth on the right side of my mouth were not shifting properly, their report showed everything is going as planned; automatic replies; not personalized; I have been wearing the last aiiglner for 5 weeks now; it's stained and broken; horrible service; they do not deliver what they promise. I am afraid that after my next impressions, they will send me another set of alligners that will not resolve my issue or cause more problems with my teeth. I prepayed for my service. Should I see a local orthodontist? Yet, I paid them for this service. Please help me! Thank you, **********************************

      I started my treatment in 2020 and needed to request refinements, which I completed, and my teeth still weren't straight. So I requested a second refinement kit, and after the impressions were rejected, I reached out to Candid for help on May 11, 2022 and, little did I know, my account was set to expire the next day. Instead of telling me that, they let me continue to struggle to take my impressions and when I reached out next, they said I would have to pay $400 to continue with the process.After spending almost $2,000 and nearly 2 years of my life to fix my teeth, the audacity to charge me MORE money on top of that is unthinkable. Avoid, avoid, avoid this company at all costs.
