I parked my 2019 *** 330i in their parking garage on April 19, 2025. Their valet damaged my car but refused to acknowledge responsibility. The damage was immediately noticeable. After reviewing my dashcam footage, it clearly shows the valet causing the damage and inspecting it afterward. I sent this evidence to their main office, and *** responded, stating that Park Right would take responsibility for the repair. He requested two quotes from local body shops, which I provided on April 26. The cost on these two quotes are very similar, is about $1250.Since then, I have attempted to follow up multiple times via phone and email but have received no response. I am attaching the email correspondence, along with one of the quotes showing the repair cost. Please let me know if need any information to solve this. Thanks a lot for your help!

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against ****************************, where my husband and I began parking on November 12, 2024, for $360/month. The service advertises secure and affordable valet parking and promises peace of mind, but our experience has been far from satisfactory.First, it took over a week to receive the required QR code for vehicle retrieval. Even after receiving it, we regularly faced 20+ minute delays to retrieve our car.On November 26, 2024, we requested our car at 5:50 PM in order to attend a class at 7pm around 30 minutes away and arrived at the garage at 6 PM. At 6:10 PM, the valet staff accidentally locked the key in the running vehicle while bringing the car down the elevator. Instead of calling a locksmith or roadside assistance, staff attempted to unlock the car themselves, prying windows with wires. They communicated poorly throughout, asking only if we had a spare key. After 35 minutes of failed attempts, my friend and I took an **** to leave while my husband stayed. A homeless individual, who claimed to "have stolen many cars successfully", was enlisted later to unlock the vehicle, which was finally opened around 7:10 PM. This situation resulted in significant damage to our car, including ripped window seals, chipped paint around windows, and 1/4 tank of gas used. My husband also missed half of a volleyball class.Despite reporting the damage immediately, no one from **** contacted us. We had to follow up daily, and on December 4, 2024, the manager mentioned reimbursement for an **** fee but did not address repair costs or offer clarity about compensation. We seek full reimbursement for repair costs and gas wasted, confirmation of the **** fee refund, and a refund for the November parking fee. **** Theatre District Garages service has been unprofessional and unacceptable for the price charged.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I can provide further evidence upon request.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      []

Since we filed the complaint, we have finally received word that the business is willing to pay us 500$ and resolve the issue. We have been asked by them to sign a release once we have received the money. We are currently waiting on the check and have not had a response on when/how the check will be delivered. When the check comes, we will resolve the complaint.

I prepaid to park in this parking a week prior to the event I was attending. I paid $26 for the parking for over 12 hours. When I arrived at the garage today, he (the owner) said my prepaid parking was not valid because he had raised his prices. He did not know there was an event going on until the day before the event and was price gauging me and others for money. He raised his price to $115 and said I could not park there. He was extremely nasty and used vulgar language that I rather not share. He was extremely unprofessional and does not deserve to own or run any facility. Due to this, I had to park in another garage and spend $65.
