      An item from my order is missing and they are not getting back to me at all. I have proof from them in an email and no response. Been weeks.

      I put an order in on July 9th and received my order July 19th. 2 of the items were missing. I immediately emailed them with no reply. I emailed them again today which is July 24th. Currently waiting for a reply to resolve this matter. The order number was. ******. I ordered the SABON ************************** 80mL perfume for my wife

      Ordered 3 bottles of shower oil and they all arrived damaged. Theres ******* liquid everywhere in the box. Reached out to their customer service on 2/5 and again on 2/13, no response till today. Absolutely horrible experience. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this company.
