  Submitted a claim for feline dental work. They asked for 2 years of vet history on our dog (only when we turned in a clam and after we paid a full year of insurance) They said it was “pre existing” issue because we had the dogs teeth cleaned a year ago! Cleaned!! Our vet wrote a letter and explained that the cleaning had nothing to do with a tooth extraction a year later. Fetch will look for any excuse not to pay the claim. We canceled and filed with American Express for bad business practices and were reimbursed for the entire year of payments. (The claim was only going to be 1/2 of that. And they would have continued to keep us as a customer for future years if they had honored the claim, but they lost our business for good)

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible! I showed enough proof of a healthy cat, records dating back to 2016 since I got him. My cat had to be admitted to the ER due to a Kidney infection which is not a pre-existing condition. I paid $5k in ER bills with the peace of mind that I have pet insurance! Fetch denied my insurance claims because my cat did not have a vet exam within 30 days of getting the policy. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DON'T GET GO WITH FETCH!

  Fetch is a scam. I wish I could give zero stars. Luckily I had only been signed up for 2 months before I submitted a claim. They kept asking for more and more documentation and saying what I was giving them was not adequate. It became clear they had no intention of covering the claim and I could foresee this would be the case with any future claims. I’ve had great pet insurance in the past, guess I got lucky with them before they closed the business. But after having what should be a standard in pet coverage I was at least able to recognize this was far outside the norm for operations. Save your money! Find another company.

  I’ve been insured with them for a little over a year since my dog was a puppy. He ended up slipping a disc in his spine and needed emergency surgery. After getting all the required documentation from the vets (soap notes) I filed a claim which was super simple. about a day later I was contacted and was asked for more vet records. About a day or 2 later they approved my claim that morning and was paid out that evening via direct deposit. The day from filing a claim to when I was paid took about a week. Definitely keeping my dog insured through them. When I purchased the insurance I did get my dog a health check and an annual one after that.

  Submitted first claim ever and they seem to look for every excuse not to pay it. I have submitted all required documents multiple times. Veterinary practice has cooperated with them. I’ve had 2 dogs since 1999 and no claims with fetch or their predecessor

  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
  PIECE OF ADVICE - FIGHT ALL CHARGES AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SETTLING WITH THIS INSURANCE.

  I am a new customer. I have had this insurance for a few months. They denied every claim I send. Each claim is extremely difficult to submit because they are always asking for something else different medical records, more files, etc. I called customer service and the staff was extremely rude and even hung up on me. I have been paying every month and they have done absolutely nothing for me - honestly make having pet insurance (Which is suppose to make life easier) so much harder! I would give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend this company. The company really needs to hire new staff and create new protocols to help and support their customers.

  So, I have screenshots of them actually admitting this company is a scam. They give you an over-detailed version of what this company covers but never fully actually telling you that they don't pay for a single thing. The guy admitted that Fetch doesn't see the deductible...? So why can't I use it to pay my vet bill instead of coming out of pocket with upfront fees? Tell me why am I paying a vet bill and insurance at the same time? I have two dogs too and a cat. So, wish I had seen this before ... PA is the worst state in the world when it comes to helping their citizens (I lived there for two years). I moved but I'm still close enough to where I have to go and deal with the same craziness. The northeast nickel and dime and pay for nothing. I kid you not you will be bled dry living in this area. And trying to get a lawyer to help you... forget about it. The reason is that they aren't actually doing anything illegal. It's not illegal to pay for a service and not have anything in return...? They claim you can get reimbursed. For all the things we need done for our pets... the things that are supposed to cover. Just go to their website and look at coverage. They need to put on their website that it's only covered after you pay the deductible in full. And then they do not reimburse me. So, tell me they aren't just collecting deductibles again? You never fully pay the deductible during the entire premium year because the price is under 500 and it resets before the year is up- so... is that not a scam? Since it resets every year and if you never go to the vet during the year or have any problems it's basically free money to them. I want my money back or at least partial. I'm going to congress... companies should not be allowed to steal money and not return it or have some service met. I didn't go with them to get the cheapest coverage... I went with them bc they covered everything or so I thought.

  I started with Fetched insurance around 10 years. Is amazing that they reinvest you super fast.
  My payment was in the neighborhood of $70 when I started the policy. Currently my payment is $281.70 and my premium is going 20% higher this year. Please read your policy carefully. Is so sad that insurance is not regulated in the State of Florida and other state for Dog insurance. I'm stuck with this insurance due to my dog is already senior citizen and no other insurance will take her, Is so sad ??

My dog pays higher insurance that I due, Please read your policy carefully. Is so sad that insurance is not regulated in the State of Florida and other state of Dog insurance. My fault, no to be on top of my policy, Fetched can take your money because the dog is old and no other insurance take your dog. Realty check so sad.....
