      Fetch has stolen several hundreds of dollars from me in false charges and cant even be bothered to return a phone call or fix the issue. Gave them 6 months to work it out. Only lost more money in doing so. Dont trust them with your money.

      We also had our first claim denied. Our pet developed severe allergies and required a panel to determine to what and how to address it. Our claim was declined as a pre existing condition. This company is useless and will drag out responses to get extra monthly payments. DO NOT USE THEM.

      One star is too many. I am filing this complaint to formally document my experience with Fetch Pet Insurance and raise awareness of their concerning billing practices. Fetch wrongfully withdrew funds from my account without authorization. When I contacted them to dispute this, rather than promptly refunding the money, they offered to waive my premium for the year and reinstate my policy with no upfront costs, an offer that did nothing to correct the wrongful withdrawal. It was only after persistent escalation that they finally agreed to process a refund, which will take an additional 3-5 business days to return the money that never should have been taken in the first place.This experience raises serious concerns about Fetchs business model. Their initial response suggests a reliance on consumer inertiawhere those who do not push back aggressively enough may simply accept the loss. Many customers, including elderly individuals, those unfamiliar with dispute processes, or those who simply trust that an insurance company is acting in good faith, may be unknowingly subjected to unauthorized charges with little recourse.Insurance should be built on trust. However, Fetch appears to engage in predatory financial practices that disproportionately impact consumers who lack the resources or ability to fight back. These billing issues do not appear to be isolated incidents, and I encourage anyone who has experienced similar problems to reach out to me at (chasekaplan22 at gmail dot com) so that these concerns can be properly escalated and addressed.I expect a formal response from Fetch acknowledging this issue and outlining the steps they are taking to prevent wrongful withdrawals and ensure fair and transparent billing practices. If left unresolved, I will have no choice but to pursue further action to ensure accountability.

      tries for months to cancel policy but they continued to charge my cc. so i allowed my account to decrease and for a month or so continued to get messages from Fetch that due to non-pay policy would be cancelled. finally on the app it said policy was cancelled, Yay right? was relieved as I could not afford it anymore. next quarter the took another payment out of my credit card.

      If I could give them zero I would. We have a Maltese and do his yearly cleanings. We went from having healthy paws pet insurance since he was born and then switched to Fetch due to this being available through our work. Biggest mistake ever. We take our dog to get his yearly cleaning EVERY year. Our prior pet insurance never had issues but when we first did a claim for his cleaning and extractions, they denied it based off pre-existing conditions (Gingivitis)!!!! Gingivitis can develop within 24 hours and they are denying the claim based off that!! This company is a bunch of thieves and will deny off anything. STAY AWAY

      Another lying deceitful and greedy insurance company. After being denied again and again I have decided to be done with pet insurance. They will tell you what is covered and whats not, however in the actual fine print NOTHING is covered. They have overlapping, broad statements in the policy to deny your coverage. There is nowhere near the reimbursement rates they are advertising. Huge scam avoid this one, go to another company. Everyone I talked to has the same experience and I am amazed how they avoided any investigations. Relying on Fetch to cover anything will be a costly mistake and one that I regret.

      I have always had pet insurance and found that if you love your pet, you want the best coverage possible. We opted for the best plan available for her when she was 6 months old with PetPlan that switched to Fetch seamlessly. When my 4-year-old dog developed a condition called Pyometra which results from not being spayed, fetch timely covered exactly what they said they would. My family and I cannot say enough good things about their service. Be proactive and get your pet covered today with the very best-Fetch.
