      I placed an order with a company called Same Day Rush Printing, an online printing and shipping company. My order statuses have not been updated for 2 weeks. Every time I use live chat, I am told they will look into the status of my order, but never return with an update. When I call all of their customer service numbers to speak to a person, they say the same thing, put me on hold, and then the call drops/they hang up on me. Date of transaction: 7/14/2023 Amount of money spent: $1,447.99 They committed to same day printing and next day shipping I paid my money via CashApp, their customer service is not responsive, my order has not been delivered. The business has not tried to resolve the problem. They remain unresponsive and/or hang up on me when I call customer support.Order: #******* Order: #*******

      Beware of this scam!On 5/29/23 I placed an online order. I was asked to pay using Paypal "Friends and Family" to send payment, which is their clever way of not allowing any chargebacks via Paypal.The order has not been delivered as promised even though I paid extra fees for overnight delivery.Their customer support does not respond. The telephone line would not even look up the case, and the online help is forever on hold, no one ever responds to the claim.This is a scam!The following is the wording in their website to trick you to pay using Friends and Family and forego the chance to claim via Paypal: **************************************************************** "PAYPAL OFFLINE OFFLINE PAYMENT METHOD (0 processing fees)is an **************** operating an online payments system in majority of countries that supports online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods like checks and money orders. ************************ *********************************************************** Send your offline payment as friends and family from your PayPal app or account to:Email: ******************************** Send as ****************** only otherwise your order will be canceled, put on hold or delayed."

      We reached out to Same Day Rush Printing on May 16th 2023 as we were looking to have 200 tote bags printed and shipped as soon as possible. We purchased the bags with the 2 day shipping option on the same day. On their site, it still says the expected delivery date is May 19th and it is now May 29th and the order still states that the status of the order is Received. We tried calling for an update and they told us that the products were in production so we could not cancel the order even though on the site the order still has a status of Received and each time we try to chat in, they stop responding as soon as we mention asking for an update or making any changes to the order. When we try to call to ask for a status update, they tell us they cannot provide that information over the phone because we did not pay for Guaranteed Shipping and that we need to check the website. When we try to ask any further questions they are extremely rude and either hang up or put us on hold and then eventually the call disconnects. The Guaranteed Shipping price was over $500 after we have already paid close to $$ ******** for the bags. It has now been *************************************************************************************** resolution and have been unsuccessful. Our order number is #*******

      I paid for a product that was actually never received. I requested a refund and was told that they do not provide refunds even though the product was (1) not delivered same day as promised and for which they charged extra and (2) never delivered at all. After researching this business, it appears that this is commomplace so I believe that the site is a scam.

      This business is a complete and utter scam. We placed a rush printing order with Same Day Rush Printing. They committed to completing our job but never actually followed through with printing. Moreover, they demanded advance payment of over $600, oddly, via Zelle. Needless to say, we paid the money and the order was never printed requiring ** to scramble at 5am for an alternate solution. After two weeks and dozens of calls, emails and inquiries, we are no closer to getting a refund. We DO NOT recommend this business to anyone!

      On 3/29/2023, I put in a print order for same day printing about a half hour before their deadline. Their credit card system was down so they asked for payment an alternate way. By the time payment went through, it was after 4pm. I spent the next 4 hours on hold on the phone and with online chat to get our order printed. We were asked for more money for the order, more money for same day delivery when I had already paid for it. At around 8:30pm I asked them to cancel our order since it seemed like they were extorting us. They said they wouldn't refund our money. This place is a major SCAM! We paid ****** as the attached documents shows as our order being, they wanted almost $300 more. They should've honored the order amount and sent out our order or refunded our money.

      This business did 2 things: Attempted to extort money and was inappropriately using Paypal as a service.I ordered 2 posters for 2 day service to be delivered to my hotel between 5pm-12 on a monday. I called customer service to check that this could in fact be done and I was told it could. I placed my order; however it asked for a Paypal payment that was linked to my bank account vs. a credit card. I did this, but they asked that it would be submitted as a friends and family to AVOID the Paypal business fees. I was in a rush so I just did it because I didn't want to pay an extra $200 in credit card fees for a nearly $600 order. When I checked on the status of the order the day before delivery everything was fine. On the day of delivery I checked again and found they were not going to deliver until the next day (after the presentation I needed to have it for). I asked for help via online chat and was told the ONLY thing they could do was rush it if I paid $1,400!!! Essentially, they were extorting me. I called the customer service twice and was only met with rude personal who claimed they could not do anything. Sadly the product came 2 days after the event which was 5 days after the order of a 2 day service. This company is a scam!

      Paid for services and delivery which were not completed- when I tried to arrange for a second delivery my goods were held hostage and the company was not willing to work with me to help get my goods delivered. They wouldn't even give me the option to pick up the signs which I had paid for.

      They are called "Same Day Rush Printing", I was setting up at a trade show and found this company as they appeared to have a location close to my hotel and the convention center where I was working. I ordered vinyl graphics from them and submitted the artwork and paid to have a courier deliver it. They said estimated delivery was between 5pm and 12am which was fine, even if I got them by the next morning it would be OK. Next day, my order was never updated, never was contacted about delivery, nothing. I reached out to them about cancelling the order and getting a refund as the event was fairly short and I didn't have a need for the graphic any more. They told me I could have a partial store credit only. This is a total scam, they almost force you to pay through PayPal with a checking account because they added really high fees for credit cards. I am sure now that they do this so you can't stop payment or contact your credit card company for a reversal easily. This is a week later and nothing has changed with the order status. Wasn't cancelled, wasn't ever printed or attempted to deliver. I paid them $ ****** and I want a full refund for Order #*******
