      I paid for a product that was actually never received. I requested a refund (last Saturday Morning via method of payment of CashApp as well as through company portal snd email). All of this was done prior to company (1) stating product was shipped on Sunday which was outside scope of paid request and (2) company stating product was not being shipped but was on hold. I have been calling this company for a refund for almost seven days and no response. Last week, I called and had the most horrible experience with a very rude customer service representative. No one response to my refund requests, calls or emails. This feels like a scam.

      Same Day Rush Printing is a Zelle scam. We stupidly in our rush desperation sent payment for 60 sweatshirts we ordered. As soon as the money was sent we never heard another word from them. They have very nice people that speak to you over the phone and walk you through the process of purchasing. They also have several 5 star reviews, and only after this debacle was it obvious they are all fake. We were stupidly fooled by a zelle scam, but this website should be shut down, robbing innocent people.

      I spoke with ************ at Same Day Rush Printing ************** and this business does not have a location at ******************************************************** but they still claim they do at:. *************************************************************** and *********************************************I live here, and because they have my home address on their site and that they are open 24/7 because they take online calls, people are constantly knocking on my door at all hours of the day and night asking for the printing service.It's causing safety issues with people trying to open my door like it's a business and harassing me and my family. They need to take this address off their site immediately.Thank you for your attention to this matter,****
