      Beware - Scam Alert!I had a terrible experience with Same Day Rush Printing. They claim to offer legitimate services, but it's all a scam. Their payment methods, like *****, don't even work. My bank flagged their transactions as fraudulent and advised me this was a scam. On top of that, they dont have any valid physical address listed, which is a huge red flag. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Total scam!

      Extortion. 3 months ago, we contacted this company to scan a box of assorted photos, files and news clippings (over 20 years). We were telephone quoted $600-800 for the job and told that they could give a more specific quote once the items were received. We sent the file box in Dec 2023. We called several times a week for the quote and told them not to proceed until the quote was approved. Now, they are sending us an invoice charging us over $6,000 (10 times more) than the original generic quote.We stated that since the work was not approved, we would like the originals sent back to us without the scans or hard drive.The supposed manager, ********** is stating that if the invoice is not paid in full, they will trash our files after 30 days! I have worked with many scanning companies over the years and have never seen fraudulent business practices such as this.The business address is a 'virtual' ************* address and it is not registered in the ************** Register of Businesses.We will now have to resort to legal means to retrieve our originals.

      Terrible company, terrible customer service. Spoke with customer service rep ahead of time to confirm delivery windows, followed instructions, delivery is delayed multiple days - customer service is awful and insulting. Waste of money, have to pay someone else to reprint.

      I placed an order & a month later it has still not arrived. **************** chat is slow and does not have the answers to my questions. Phone customer service is rude & interrupted me when I was asking questions about their process & what options I had to get my order printed. 0/5 would not reccomend
