      This company is trying to charge me for a membership I didnt apply for and have never heard of and to top it off when I try to call them they end the call sending me to a website that has no ability to contact them. Then the two emails I sent to tell them to cancel my membership that I didnt enroll in that keeps coming into my account is ignored. *** is happening and the BBB is ignoring it too. Lovely. America. Complete **** One star because it wont let me leave zero

      This is THE WORST marketing company. They did not deliver and only continued to charge our card on file even after termination. Be careful and do NOT trust them they are scammers.

      HGTV magazine customer service link is not working, you cannot cancel magazine subscription. I didn't want it and they charged me $35. There is no way to stop this or get a refund. Someone help!

      Paid for 2 magazine subscriptions at the beginning of the year and have not received a magazine from either (its the end of August). Have called customer service 3 times- they blame the mail carrier, verify my info, & say theyll extend my subscription. Still no magazines. I got the customer service number from *********************** website- but its seems like Im getting scammed.

      I have tried to e-mail Hearst magazine media regarding the cosmopolitan magazine.I am at the end of my subsciption and i do not want to renew. I received a postcard that they were going to continue to bill me with the next magazine that i will be getting next month. My e-mail was not accepted through the customer service porthole and at this point seeing as they do not publish a phone number to their office I will mail the magazine back to them without opening it **********

      I am trying to cancel my subscription but the 800 number that is given to do so sends me to telemarketers who are selling other things. There is no web link to cancel either. If I could give zero stars I would.

      I am currently irrate after going to my bank and discovering that after multiple request entered to unsubscribe from ** Insider that I have had ongoing charges to my account as late as 7/3/23.I have contacted this company during LISTED business hours and have been put on hold for up to45 minutes with NO ONE picking up and no available options on recorder to resolve this issue.Are they completely incompetent at this expense of customers or is their tactic to not provide customer service so they can continue to bill every month and if so,maybe the attorney general in ** should be notify? Zero star review should be available.

      I am so sick of dealing with Hearst *********** *********** and The New Haven Register. I am not a customer or have subscribed in any way. I do not want your Savings Express left at my home ever again!!!!! I do not use that paper or shop at any of the advertisers!I have been trying to Stop what I consider your litter for years now. Paper wrapped in plastic left in front of my home! STOP LITTERING MY NEIGIHBORHOOD!!!!!I live in a *******************. My street ends at the beach on Long Island Sound. PLEASE Be better to the enviroment!!!!!Forced to give one star! When you don't give one F#@%********** area of ********** ** .

      Sent me an unsolicited subscription for Good Housekeeping Magazine.I called to find out what was going on and the CS agent said it was "a free" subscription for 6 months. I explained that I didn't want to receive it after the "free subscription" was over but just got another magazine and a bill!!!Now I have to go through the aggravation of correcting this with Hearst Magazine.

      I paid for a subscription to ******* ****** magazine for myself and the offer included two free gift subscriptions. I never received a magazine and the recipients of the gift subscriptions only received one copy and that was it. I called customer service and they said they would extend my subscription and still no magazine was sent to me. Now they email me that I owe them money (stupid automatic renewal system), I have sent them letters (no response) and their online customer service wants you to fill in your subscription number as shown on the mailing label. Little difficult to do when you have never seen your magazine. Thank goodness that I didn't pay by credit card. They are crooks. I doubt that l will receive the refund I requested; I just want them to stop hounding me.
