Months ago, I purchased a subscription to receive your magazine via US Mail and wanted to know if it is still going to happen. Why does it *********** months to receive my first copy of Reader's Digest in the mail??? I can order nearly anything from Amazon and it arrives within days.Several years ago I purchased a Reader's Digest subscription and NOTHING HAPPENED. After waiting for months, I eventually forgot all about it... is that the goal??? To take people's money and deliver nothing? OR to make customers wait so long that they forget they're even supposed to receive a monthly paper copy of your magazine?BOTTOM LINE... WHY THE DELAY?AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FIRST COPY OF READER'S DIGEST TO ARRIVE IN MY U.S. POSTAL MAILBOX?

I saw an ad for Birds and *************** on ******** for a $7 and subscribed. I don't know if it will come or not as it's only been two weeks, but ************** from Birds and Blooms for $10 today. So I checked Paypal, and it showed back to back payments of $7.56. I am sure I did not pay twice! Now not sure it will be coming or, after reading these comments, I will get a book I did not order!

Two years ago I purchased a two-year subscription to Reader's Digest. It was purchased through the RD website. A couple of weeks ago I got a postcard from TMB saying my renewal couldn't be processed because of missing credit card information. I never renewed.I emailed and was told pretty much what's on a card. I told them again I didn't renew and didn't give them any information. Yesterday I get a "bill" in the mail saying the same thing about incomplete CC information and how much I "owe". I know better but a lot of RD's subscribers (and the other magazines TMB deals with are elderly and may end up paying the "bill". It looks exactly like a bill. I didn't see any fine print saying otherwise. If you know someone who subscribes to RD or any of the other magazines and you think they might be tripped up by an official looking "bill" please keep an eye on them. I don't see how this can even be legal.

Thank you for contacting Reader's Digest. Your web order in 2022 began your continuous service of Readers Digest which upon renewal the credit card used would be charged. In December 2023, the credit card auto-renewal was entered and when the charge did not go through, a billing was system generated and automatically added. We have cancelled the automatic renewal billing for $22.61 on January 25, ****, and you *** disregard any further invoices that *** cross in the mail. We apologize for any inconvenience that *** have been caused.*********, *************************** ***********************

Trusted Media Brands couldn't be more incorrectly named. STAY AWAY from any magazine published by this company. They are thieves. I have made 4 attempts to cancel a subscription to *************** I have gotten an email confirmation the subscription was cancelled. Yet I was just hit with a renewal fee of $27.98 on the SAME DAY I got a subscription renewal letter in the mail for $10. Trusted Media Brands is a scam operation. Your subscription will default to auto-renew and good luck cancelling it. Birds & Blooms Reader's Digest Family Handyman and many more

I received an unsolicited book that I did not order, so I initially did not pay the bill. Then I got a notice in the mail from a collection agency. So I called the bill. (Un)trusted Media Brands is a scam. I only gave this a one star rating because it would not allow me to submit with no stars.

Last year I received a book I did not order. I payed the bill because the cost to send it back was was justva little less than the booknitself. I called and told them to never send me a book I did not order. This year I again received a book I did not order. When you renew your subscription for Reader's Digest they will send you a book you did not order and then demand you pay or they will report it to your credit. Scam. These people have no integrity and should not be in business. How many people have they done this to? They need to be fully investigated.

For the past mega years, Reader's Digest sends Subscription Bills that ARE NOT DUE--years ago when I was checking my mother in law's bills, she had unknowingly paid 5 such bills giving her a 5 year plus subscription and then continued to receive bills over and over again--I filed a complaint years ago and THEY STILL CONTINUE TO MISLEAD ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS--WHEN IS THIS GOING TO STOP???
