      On September 4th, 2024, I have submitted a request for deletion of all information on *** report. LexisNexis said it will take 45 days for completion of deletion. To this day, LexisNexis has refused to fulfill its obligation and delete the data from my report.

      I am writing to you today to let you know that LexisNexis has not actually responded or provided a solution to my concerns. LexisNexis's response was basically that they will respond to me. To this date, I have not heard from LexisNexis. The issue is very simple and LexisNexis is utilizing stall tactics. I have asked them to delete my personal information on DPA report pursuant to the rights granted by California Privacy laws. A request that I have filed in the past with many financial institutions and enterprises and they have all complied with my request without any issues. The deletion of th information on my DPA [ Data Privacy Act]  report is clearly within the scope of the California privacy Act and IT IS NOT PUBLIC INFORMATION. I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter.

To this day, LexisNexis keep violating my right to delete information on DPA report despite that it has been well beyond the 45 days period in which a business must delete all information on DPA report as described by California Privacy Act.

      Simply put, it just doesn't work. It is too erratic. It almost that every evening at 10 PM, it simply stops working for 2 hours. I can't log in, it gives me a blank white screen. When I finally get past the white page, I see this stock message "Unexpected Error We have encountered an unexpected error condition and cannot successfully process your request at this time. To continue with your research, click the Refresh button on your browser. You'll see the page you were last viewing and you can continue your session. You don't need to close your browser and restart it. If you continue to experience problems, please contact Customer Support at **************. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."I call customer support, there is never a response, and I am on hold for over an hour. I ask for the call back, the call back never comes. They have an automated email that tells you to call ************ for emergencies, and when I call, all you could do is leave a message. It says there is website support, there is no website support and no direct chat. I pay $2,000 for this service, and this service is absolute trash. The only time I get them on the phone is if I choose the option to buy a new product. They need to get their c*** together. All the money the charge per seat to use the platform, they can't hire IT? What are you guys and gals doing there? I see even here, they give automated bot messages. What is wrong with this Company? How do you get these people to perform? I spend all night with technical issues when I'm supposed to be studying case material for my clients. Absolute trash. This Company is absolute trash. Trash. Trash. Trash. Trash. The only process that works there is their monthly billing. They never miss a month. Trash. I hope AI replaces all your employees and you people have nothing left.       I am filing a complaint against LexisNexis for continuing to share my public information with credit bureaus despite my explicit actions to prevent this. I had submitted an opt-out request, placed a security freeze on my account, and sent a cease-and-desist letter to LexisNexis, requesting that they no longer disseminate any of my personal or public information to third parties, including credit reporting agencies like **********, Equifax, and Experian.Despite these actions, LexisNexis has violated my privacy and disregarded my legal rights by continuing to provide this sensitive information, including inaccurate bankruptcy records, to the credit bureaus. This has caused harm to my credit profile and subjected me to ongoing issues with inaccurate reporting. Additionally, LexisNexis has failed to respond adequately to my cease-and-desist letter, which clearly communicated my right to prevent them from sharing my data under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other relevant privacy laws.This ongoing dissemination of my data is not only a breach of trust but a violation of my legal rights as a consumer. I request that LexisNexis take immediate corrective action by permanently ceasing the sharing of my information with credit bureaus, confirming the deletion of all inaccurate records, and adhering to my previous opt-out request and security freeze. I also expect a formal acknowledgment and resolution of this issue without further delay.

      Despite diligent efforts to get LexisNexis to correct an incorrect and derogatory report used by insurance companies to rate my auto insurance they absolutely refuse to do so. It is extraordinarily difficult to get to any person at LexisNexis to correct their incorrect, false derogatory information. I have a court ordered dismissal of the traffic ticket and a certification from the clerk of city court yet LexisNexis IS CONTINUING TO GIVE INSURANCE COMPANIES this incorrect information. Last time I checked, Court and Court Clerk records ***** some 3d party reporting agency with NO accountability or ability to get them to correct inaccurate information.

      Went shopping for insurance with progressive after issues with ******** and their mishandling of our subrogation claim. Found this fly by night company LexisNexis was inaccurately reporting an accident my wife was involved in as her fault, getting these idiots to change it is a lengthy process, not to mention their disregard for facts. The accident my wife was involved in her car was stationary and AllState, our insurance opened a subrogation claim. They wouldn't have done that if she was at fault. If you're going to ruin people's reputation and livelihood the least you could do is get your facts straight.

      This company, Lexis/Nexis works to gather information they can sell to insurance companies and operates in the dark. Just as here, wanting me to contact them directly so they can operate out of public view. But they know what they've done and that they have incorrect information. No skin off their nose, a lie sells just as well as the truth - so why work at telling the truth. If ANY business were to operate with the same criteria they wouldn't be in business very long and insurance companies relying on this information has no way to find out they were lied to because it's all kept hush hush... I will make my complaint to the insurance commissioner in my State, I don't trust Lexis/Nexis or the idiot running this bogus company with any of my personal information.

      Lies compounding lies and/or that can't be proven. This company collects data on people and sells it to companies who depend on it for accuracy. Those companies make determinations that impact people's lives based on this information. However, Lexis Nexis really doesn't care if the information is truthful or not because they get paid the same either way. Lexis Nexis generic form of dealing with any complaint is to hide and/or run the complaining party out of gas so they just go away. Why not deal with this complaint here and now in full view of people willing to judge the issue on the merits. No, your response will be to take this off-line, hidden where you can investigate yourself and find no wrong doing and dismiss the issue.       I purchased ************* on 8/9/24, answering all questions including 1 known accident. LexisNexis gave the all clear on their clue report. *** wrote the policy, i made my down payment and set up monthly installments for the term of the policy to be $77.45 per month. Over 2 months later and premium payments made, LexisNexis "discovers" they have made an error on my contract. due to their error, my policy has been "adjusted" to $145.86 for the remained of my contract. I agreed in good faith to the terms presented and my original contract should be honored. I should not be held financially responsible for the error LexisNexis made in their clue report given to *** that was the foundation of the policy.

      I am writing to formally dispute the inaccurate information reported in my LexisNexis consumer report. It has come to my attention that a claim has been filed in my name, allegedly by **********. Upon my initial contact with LexisNexis, I was informed that this claim had been reported by ********** but that I could initiate a dispute.I provided the required documentation for the dispute and awaited their response. After four months, I received my consumer report, which contained two names that are not mine, along with extensive personal information related to these individuals, including their insurance details, credit information, addresses, Social Security numbers, drivers license numbers, and profiles.Upon contacting LexisNexis again to dispute this inaccurate information, I was told that they would attempt to resolve the issue, but there was no guarantee of success. As a result, my current report still reflects this inaccurate information, which I believe is damaging to my credit profile and personal reputation.I request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as the presence of inaccurate information in my consumer report is unacceptable and could have serious implications for my financial standing.

      This consumer reporting agency is not only tracking personal information about me against my knowledge and consent. Additionally, they are disclosing inaccurate information about my husband and I which is driving my insurance premiums up although, I have excellent credit at all three credit bureaus with minimal debt and no late payments or bankruptcies ever. Not to mention, my credit is locked and should not be disclosed without my consent. As a retired federal law enforcement official, who take great pride in guarding my personal data and my security this is very disbursing that a agency has this much information on someone, and they are fully disclosing this pertinent information to others without knowledge or consent from the person of interest. This should be against the law to infringe upon other peoples privacy and I have requested on two separate occasions for both my husband and I to be completely removed from this non transparent agency. I am requesting your assistance to stop this agency from further abuse of their power and unlawfully violating my husband and I privacy.

      On September 28th 2024, I sent a letter to the courthouse asking them do they report bankruptcies to the credit bureaus and I got a letter stating They do not report any bankruptcies to anybody. So if thats the case. How did the ************** verify my bankruptcy as 100% Accurate. They never did a fair investigation according to the 15 *** 1681. 15 USC 1681 section 603 (3)(E) States; The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer.They also violated my rights numerous times.The credit bureaus violated my given rights under 15 *** 1681. According to: 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.According to: 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions According to: 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 (A)(1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
