      I received a letter stating that they terminate my contract. So Ive trying to speak to someone and I scheduled a callback that never happened. And when I call the phone numbers available, I spent hours waiting and I cant talk to anybody. Im really frustrated!!

      Horrible horrible customer service their call back they offered does not work and I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours and the person that I called finally contacted did not help me. Glad Im taking my money out of there business.

      The experience of trying to withdrawal my funds has been the complete worst! The withdrawal was completed on 8/30/2022 and I requested an EFT. However, after talking to a representative today inquiring about my deposit, I was informed a check was mailed to me instead. I asked why was a checked mailed when I completed and submitted all documents necessary for an EFT, and the representative said he didnt know. I could barely get a word in without being interrupted! Very rude. If your funds are with this company, r take your money out NOW!

      I am beyond frustrated!!! No customer service at all, they do not answer the phone, and if you leave a call back, they either don't respond at all, or it takes days and days! I overnighted a request to withdraw funds from my TDA weeks ago and no action has been taken and I cannot even get someone on the phone. I want my funds withdrawn immediately and I am dropping all our policies that my company has with Mutual of America.

      I have been trying to get an answer for 3 months as to why my monthly retirement disbursement check has not been deposited into my bank account. From 2018 until now I have not had a problem. Now no on answers the phones and no one returns my call. Meanwhile I need to eat and pay my bills and Mutual of America doesn't seem to care that they are holding MY money.

      Been trying to get ahold of someone for over a month. My own HR department cant even get ahold of someone. Im leaving my employer and have been trying to withdraw my 403B plan account. No response. Not even email or waiting on the phone for 4 HOURS has gotten me anywhere. If I would have known I would have never gotten a plan with them. Worst company. Terrible service. Should be reported and closed immediately.

      I've been trying to close account 07/22/2022. 1st attempt was mail the forms along w/void check in which they claimed was incomplete.Therefore I processed to email them the forms using my sister's computer on 08/02/2022. I also called them to make sure they received everything and if it was anything else needed. I spoke to ****** who informed me that they had everything they needed and the money should be in my account within 7 days. I also asked him if they would be able to us the voided check that was sent in. The answer was yes.I waited the 7 days no money and voided check was sent back to me. Called back 08/10/2022 to check the status. I was informed that due to the short staff it was a delay. At this point they were made of aware of my family emergency on 08/12/2022. This is when I was told since I sent an email that wasn't on file they couldn't process my req and was denied my funds.I asked them for the loc and told them I was coming, I drove 45 min away just to find out they was closed. Called asked speak to a manger they took name/number . No one ever called me back. Meanwhile I'm sending emails and calling to make sure they received it w/ my email address. 08/15/22 I called again to make sure they received the email. Of course the answer was yes and that I didn't need to send anything else and I should get my funds before 7days. I doubted so I called the next day to make sure it would be an issue. They informed again that everything was all taken care of. Therefore I wait again. Its' always a 2-3 hold every time you call them. Today is 08/30/22. I called them 2x .1st I spoke to **** and I made her aware of the witness that I added to call. The rep informed me that since I email a jpeg and not a pdf was denied again. I asked again to speak to management. once again denied and number was taken. I emailed again in pdf form w/ void check held phone again 2hr told by ****** that they got everything at 4pm. at 6:25pm got an email saying missing pg 1 and 3.

      I have been trying to make a withdrawal from my **** I spoke to somebody on 22 August told him how much money I wanted they confirmed it and it still has not been executed and today is the ninth day. I called up again to see whats going on and I was told well it takes 7 to 10 days now. However the money was never transferred out of account. Does anybody have any idea whats going on with this company

      This place is the worst! You wait on hold for a minimum of ****mins, you can ask 4 people the same question and each answer will be different. No compassion or empathy for a mom with a 1 year olds whose home burned down and you need your money ASAP, all you get is silence!! SMH

      I've been trying to get information about my account for months and can't reach anyone. I end up on hold for hours (I have called several times now from June to August), or I do the "call back" feature and when they call back there is just silence. I am not able to sign into the account (I get a message that there is an error and I need to call customer service. When someone answers I get "transferred" and placed back on a hold until they eventually hang up on me. There is no way to contact them other than the one phone number. This company is run like a complete scam.
