      I have had the same experience that all other posters have had - wait time is hours with a music track that goes through your head like a nail - when you finally DO get someone - they try to placate you - I submitted a withdrawal form for monies for my 403 B on July 26th- apparently it was reviewed on August 2nd - I have yet to receive my money - when I speak to a rep they tell me it will be coming in 48 hours - SEVERAL 48 hour periods have come and gone - still no deposit - I am thinking that the company is likely in serious trouble and are freezing or holding up withdrawals - VERY concerning - they deserve LESS than a one start

      MOA is a nightmare, I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They are a FAT ZERO. Their local office closed up. Like others have stated, you cannot get anyone on their 800# EVER!!I am in the process of trying to move my SEP and TDA out of their hands. I have been trying to call them for weeks. They changed their computer platform without ever notifying their clients.. their frontline workers didn't even know how to work the new system. This company and its management is a disgrace and a fine example of the worst customer service. If the ******************** has any pull at all and is not in anyone's pocket they need to downgrade MOA to the worst rating.I will send a letter directly to their CEO.

      I've been calling the company since July to transfer my money to another company, waited on the phone for about 2 hours each day I called without speaking with a representative.

      After trying to reach customer service twice and being on hold both times for over 2 hours I gave up. They are NOT customer friendly. I've reported it to our HR office.

      This Company is a **** Show!!! As everyone has already said there lack of assistance is ridiculous to say the least. We need to all get together and FILE a Formal Compliant. I have been trying to access my funds since July 14th, 2022 and today is August 17, 2022. The hold times, the representatives each saying something different, I am over it and disgusted.

      This company is extremely dishonest and not at all professional. We have been trying for several months since my husband retired to get our money. We were put on hold for hours and then told we needed to talk to someone else and put on hold again. We finally got an outside Financial Advisor to help us and he went through formal paperwork which they rejected and then said they will need to speak to us in person. We have now been trying for 1 month to get a person on the phone and have sat on hold for over 2 hours everytime we call with no one ever answering. Never usd this company!

      I too am going through the same thing, my husband requested a phone withdrawl and we have been waiting since August 4th 2022, we called the local office VP and he knows nothing of what is happening at the call center, supposeately. Now I am wondering just how safe our money is with them and we are seriously thinking of withdrawing all of our money and going somewhere else. There is absolutely no reason for this, it should never take this long. If they are having employee issues how did that become my problem? Perhaps they are not as liquid as they say and will never give us our money, perhaps we should get one of the news channels involved to help us with these issues.

      Changed date i get my monthly retirement ck didnt tell me. Now my electronic mortgage will bounce. On cell hrs and lied to me saying a rep will call. Noone returns calls. Sorry *** sorries. Large withdrawl they said takes,7 to ********************************************************* company . Never got requested forms i asked for twice. I want to pull my life savings out. Dont trust them anymore. Ludicrious. .

      Terrible!!!! Cannot reach anyone after two weeks of trying to contact. I am beyond frustrated!! Only 800# available and wait time is hours!!! For the love of God, how hard can it be to open a ******* 401K account!!!

      Have they gone belly up? No response from ANY phone anywhere in *******, nor response to any e-mail. A ZERO for customer service!
