    In exchange for completing surveys and other iRazoo site activities, I accumulated and received approval for a reward redemption total of $10 (initially $5 PayPal and $5 Amazon gift certificate). I was advised that these approved rewards would be released to me 6/15/2022. I continued to participate on the site daily to keep my account active and comply with what was required to receive rewards, as per their ******************* Each follow-up inquiry about the unpaid rewards was answered by the same email format advising the payout date for the next month. I opened new inquiries in an effort to get their attention but was ignored. Eventually the help desk (now automated) ceased responding and sometime after that, the site became inaccessible.

    I've been earning giftcards on Irazoo for the past few years. Within the past year (2022-2023), the giftcards I earned have not paid out to me. I attempted to contact Irazoo through their helpdesk several times, but have not gotten a response from a person. I do get the same generic email saying that someone will be in touch with me, but no one ever has. There are $65.00 worth of giftcards that are "pending." I have saved all correspondence from this company if it's needed to file a complaint.

    I play games on Irazoo.com and you get paid to play. I earned $30.00 worth of rewards which I chose to go to my PayPal account. The rewards on the site are still in pending status. In there instructions, they say you should get an email to release rewards. I never got an email. I submitted the rewards on 1/26/23 never got and email as of today 2/3/23. When I try to reach them the support page comes up as they have an error **** on cloudflare, a company they must use. I have spent hours researching a way to contact them for my money, and cannot find a way to get through to them. I spent hours and hours playing this game to earn $30.00 worth of points. They say in there instructions if you don't release the rewards from the email that they are supposedly sending you in 30 days you loose your money. Great, they are ripping me off. All those hours for nothing.
