    I purchased the compounded medication to help lose weight. I am now on shot 4 at 13 units a week. I have lost 4 lbs. and ended up with sever side effects . From the start I have had several issues. Examples: * Medication arrived warm in melted dry ice packs (2), warm cooler. texted the number I was given and the next day told that is "normal". * medication was a very dark red color. When everything i have seen has shown it clear. texted again and told that is "normal" it is compounded with nausea meds. * only received 10 needles for a 12 week plan.* no extra nausea medication as it was explained, would be included in my kit.From shot #2 to #4, i have been experiencing sever nausea, headaches, stomach pain, throwing up. I have asked repeatedly for refund with being told NO. I texted last week to speak with a Manager and a few hours later he called, spoke to him about my symptoms and he got a nausea med prescribe. I picked that up and took it, but Sunday the 13th was my 4th shot and it is still not working... I have lost 4 lbs. in 4 weeks, with sever side effects.I would not recommend you purchase this, the customer service is very delayed and they want you to keep taking something that isn't working for you, with no respect to your health. Very hard to get a refund for a purchase you spent a lot of money on that doesn't work and causes you more health problems then before yo started.

    They do not care about the "patient" just their money. Ive tried for a month now to get my money back because their meds did not work. Im now speaking legal action to get my money back after asking them nicely and being polite to them. The legal team I have even said they will pay to get the vials tested. And we will take a medical malpractice against them for having me believe what i was injecting was semiglutide or the others in that line.

    We take all feedback seriously and regret that this customer feels dissatisfied with their experience. After reviewing our records, the customer placed their order in October 2024. We did not receive any communication regarding dissatisfaction or a refund request until May 2025more than six months after the original purchase.Unfortunately, per our stated policy and payment processor limitations, we are unable to issue refunds beyond 120 days from the original transaction date. This policy is clearly outlined in our Terms of Service, which are acknowledged at the time of purchase.Regarding the concerns about the medications authenticity and effectiveness: All compounded medications provided through Elevate Health are sourced from licensed U.S. pharmacies operating under the oversight of state Boards of Pharmacy. These pharmacies compound medications in accordance with applicable state regulations and maintain appropriate quality and sterility standards. Patients are also advised during the intake process that compounded medications differ from ***-approved medications and results may vary.We made multiple offers to speak directly with the customer to explore any alternative resolutions, including speaking with a senior team member. We remain open to constructive dialogue and are committed to fair treatment of all patients.

    I decided to try Elevate Health after struggling with my weight and binge eating issues for years. Seeing that they offered Tirzepatide at not just a price I could afford, but with monthly payments was amazing and ultimately why I chose to go with them. They also offered a money back guarantee if I wasnt considered a good candidate after taking their questionnaire. The first red flag should have been never being asked which medication I wanted to be on (Tirzepatide, Mounjaro, ***********, etc.), I was immediately sent to check out and given options on how Id like to pay (I chose Affirm). As soon as I hit send, I was sent a text from ******** asking me to fill out a questionnaire that was sent to me and that I would have to wait to be approved by the doctor within ***** hours. Nowhere in the questionnaire was there any mention of aforementioned medication, and I asked when I would find out what Id be prescribed/let them know that I wanted to be prescribed Tirzepatide. Never once did she respond, I sent 3-4 emails asking and was left unanswered until 3 days later telling me I was prescribed ***********, something I never asked for and did not want as there are horrible side effects and wanted the decision to be mine. I told them I wanted to cancel as I was not paying for something I was not comfortable putting into my body, but they told me I couldnt cancel as the script had already been submitted and processed, I was also told that I chose *********** at checkout, which is untrue when I wasnt even given a choice. Now Im out over $800 paying for something I didnt ask for when I was simply trying to better my health. I trusted this clinic but they dont care about anything but taking your money. Elevate Health and Wellness is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

    I originally ordered semiglutide in December ********************************************************************* through klarna. I called the customer service number and they agreed to send me another package to my work address. I received that package. Once I was ready to start my shots, I received one open valve and one was missing. At this point I don't trust this company. I spoke with a supervisor today who repeatedly kept telling me I should have let them know within 48 hours. I NEVER received anything in writing saying that. I could have spent double the price and got the help I needed with doctors and nurses. This supervisor wanted me to accept another valve but I refused because at this point I dont trust them. Please beware of where you get you shot lmedication from. As the saying goes, you pay for what you get!
