      I can not begin to express my frustration with Life MD. I am having an issue with them submitting a pre authorization form to my insurance company. I keep calling and sending messages in the app and no one has done anything to help me. Life MD just keeps saying they have submitted to my insurance company. But I have spoke to my insurance several times and they have received NOTHING from Life MD. I dont know what else to do. The weight loss medication is now costing over $500 a month and my insurance covers it IF Life MD submits the pre authorization form. I have even went as far as to get a direct phone number for pre authorization and a website that Life MD can do it through. But again no one is doing anything. Terrible customer service. Terrible response time. Overall a terrible company to try and deal with.
