pills sent were not what they claimed to be. asked for a replacement or refund and was told "not our company policy" sent several requests for rexmd to correct the problem over four weeks and **** denied any responsibility. I signed up on March 10th, completed my intake by March 11th, and soon after, I messaged through the member portal requesting a different dosageno response. I followed up multiple times, including a request to cancel, but was ignored. Seeing no response, I emailed support, clearly stating my dissatisfaction and requesting cancellation. I specifically instructed them not to send any prescriptions or charge me, as I refused to work with a company that disregards communication.Over a week later, I suddenly received an approval email from a doctordespite my clear cancellation request. Shortly after, my card was charged. While on vacation, I had to call customer service since no one ever ***lied to my portal messages or emails. The *** I spoke with was rude and dismissive, claiming I wasnt eligible for a refund because I authorized the charge during intake. However, I agreed under the assumption that RexMD would provide proper communicationyet they ignored my inquiries but responded when it was time to charge **** explained that my portal messages went unanswered, and the *** insisted only the doctor had access to them. However, I pointed out that theres an option in the portal to choose who receives messages, which he seemed unaware of. If only the doctor could respond, why werent my concerns addressed before medication approval? I also mentioned my support email requesting cancellation, to which he ***lied that they receive many emails. That is not an excuse to ignore customers.His tone became hostile when I pressed for answers, yet the facts remain: RexMD ignored my inquiries, failed to provide adequate customer service, and approved medication without addressing my concerns. They refused a refund despite not even shipping the product yet. I demand my money back and strongly advise others against using this company. If they do not refund me, I will dispute the charge with my bank, especially since the card used is not even in my name.Initial Complaint

I had a mail pharmacy prescription with RexMD. The prescription expired and I did not plan on renewing nor did I want to continue deliveries. The site had said the prescription had expired and cannot be shipped unless renewed. You would think that would be enough to no longer be charged. Lo and behold, the company charged for a prescription that I did not renew and they did not and could not ship. I called and they said they can cancel future orders, but they cannot refund or cancel the one they charged for EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED, NO PRODUCT WAS DISPENSED, AND NO PRESCRIPTION WAS RENEWED. You're telling me you have no ability to cancel an order that cannot and will not be filled? That is straight up stealing money from people. I called in February 2024 to end my subscription. I did not want to receive product ever 30 days.March, ****** **** June, July, August I was not charged and did not receive product. Starting in September Rex MD started charging me again. I called today because I see in my bank a pending charge for October. I called and the Supervisor said they can't cancel the order. I came upon an ad from Rex MD. They asked me some questions and the next thing I know they said I could get semi-glutide for $151. I gave them my credit card number and they charged me a $49 doctor's visit. The charge came from Life MD. Then I was contacted by someone from a company called Zealthy. They approved my request for semi-glutide and they charged me $151. It was very confusing because there were three different companies and I couldn't figure out why. Then someone from ******* reached out and said they were sending the prescription into my Pharmacy and I told them I wasn't eligible for that and they told me they would send me the semi-glue tide for and I heard nothing back. The next thing I know I get the semi-glutide in the mail and it has an expiration date of September 28th of 2024. That gave me one month to take a 3-month supply and it was very dark and cloudy so I wanted my money back. I've sent several messages and requests and no one has ever contacted me. The main complaint that I have is they are selling expired medication and that's horrendous!Initial Complaint

Order placed July 13th. They immediately billed my PayPal account, which was suspicious. Then I received a text telling me I needed to pay money for my order to go through. I called them and complained about the text. The agent said "Those just come out". I told him I thought they were a scam and that I wanted to cancel the order. He told me he was cancelling the order and proceeded to hang up. No mention of a refund was given. Next I got a text saying they needed more information to fulfil my order. I called and told them I had canceled the order and that I filed a complaint with PayPal and PayPal is "working on it". Today 7/23, I got a text saying that my order was approved and it was being shipped. I called today and they said the order can't be cancelled and that the order was shipping. I'm sure you already know that this company is a SCAM! Please get me a refund.Business Response

We write in response to the above referenced complaint.
On July 13, 2024, the customer, *************************, made a purchase for medication. When making this order, ************** affirmatively agreed to enrollment in a subscription program. The terms and conditions, to which ************** affirmatively consented, specifically stated that prescription products are non-refundable.
On July 19, 2024, ************** contacted Rex MD and requested cancellation of his subscription and current order. Per his request, ************** subscription was canceled, however, as outlined in our terms and conditions, the medication order could not be canceled or refunded.
The medication order was delivered on July 27, 2024.
Given the clarification of the complaint received, fulfillment of the medication order and along with the cancellation of the customers subscription, we consider this complaint resolved.
