      I purchased international flights for two passengers leaving **************, ** on March 10, 2024, flying Turkish airline to ********, ******. We continued the trip from ********, ****** to *****, *****. Each of us was carrying one luggage to check-in. Unfortunately we were charged on our checked-in luggages by Turkish airline, $160 per luggage one-way. A total of $640 on two destinations for two passengers that we paid for.While at the airport, we made a phone call to Cheapoair and spoke to a customer service agent to inquire about our entitlement to a free check-in luggages. We have a recording of this conversation. We were told that we have an allowance of one personal item, one carry-on, two pieces of check-in baggages per passenger. We were also told to just pay the airline and we will be reimbursed. Since March 10, there was an email thread between Cheapoair and us, the passengers. Their email mentioning that they have been working on the request with the airline. To date, July 2024, we have not heard any resolution from them.

      I dont why I have to pay an additional fee for my seats when I already paid for my flight. *** never had to do that in my entire life!!!!

      Thank you for your feedback. Many airlines are now charging for the opportunity to pre-assign seats. Some travelers appreciate this if they have specific seat requests or if they are traveling  with others and want to be sure seats are together for the flight. You also have the option to wait until you check in for your flight and the airline will then assign seats at no cost.

      To many hidden charges. Upgrading to Economy from basic Economy does not have the benefits indicated !! I was charged additional ***** to upgrade that I don't know what is that for ! Upgrade indicated option of seat selection but, can not select seats ! and many more problems.
