      I brought my tickets two months before my date of departure, four days before my flight they cancelled my flight with know explanation and tryed to get me to buy more tickets for twice the price. I'm a Pastor and I travel a lot I was going to do a seven day conference a had a cansel it in ********* and I was flying from ********* **.

      Hi Pastor Tubb, I looked at your reservation and there was a problem with the credit card provided. An email was sent on the day you booked, October 10th explaining the problem.       From our records, your credit card was not charged. There are multiple reasons why your credit card might have been rejected. We did not hear back after we sent notice of the decline to retry the payment or get a new form of payment. Unfortunately, the reservation was not able to be completed at the time of processing.       I was offered several trips over $1,000 and a few under. I chose one for $763 and I got charged over $1,000 due to an 'ancillary charge' of $169 each way. I call that bait and switch.

      They needed to cancel and rebook a ticket for me, after 24 hour of not receiving a confirmation email I called them. Cheap Air said they did not rebook the flight. I went directly to the airlines to book my ticket. Two days later Cheap Air had booked the flight and changed me. When I called them they sent me to 5 different departments and then hung up on me. Now I have two tickets for one flight, and did I mention this is for a funeral. One star in to much for this Company.

      Hi Lesa,

      I am very sorry to read about your situation. It does not sound typical of our service. I tried to look up your name or email in our system but could not locate any bookings under either. We occasionally get confused with similarly named travel sites such as CheapO air, we do not have an O in our name. Could this possibly be the case? If you have a duplicate with us and with the airline we would likely be able to process a "dupe refund" but would require the information of our booking and the airline's booking in order to get a waiver from the airline.

      If you believe you booked with us, please email ****@CheapAir.com, with the full name of the passenger *** if possible include the 10-digit booking number from our site. Please also send the airline locator of the airline's ticket and explain that it is a duplicate. In the email, you can put that you were requested to do this on a review you made online. We can research the matter and try to obtain a refund.

      If the booking you have was not made with us, but with an alternative site such as CheapO air or CheapFlights, unfortunately, we cannot assist because we do not have access to their records. We recommend you try them directly and would appreciate it if you would remove this review not intended for us.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (CHEAPOAIR)!!!!!I have booked a flight with CheapOair and I canceled it in the same day. One month later I still havent received my refund, in the first call they said I should receive my refund on December 03, 2022. But I havent received my money back, I called them back today and they said they already refunded my money to check with my bank and after checking with my bank , it has been confirmed that they never received any amount from them .Refund someone money should not take more than a week .

      I have driven to ***** 3 times and have talked with **** (front desk) several times. 10/15/2022 around 0945hr I was picked by your shuttle from Miami international airport, the driver was friendly. Arrived at the rental place and was notified by **** that my reservation cannot be honored by ***** because I had used a debit card. Notifying **** that cheapoair had already charged my debit card, I questioned why Cheapoair did not question debit card use for the transaction to only be apprehended with the need to have a second reservation for the same purchase/product. **** notified me that ***** has a 100% refund policy (Recorded). Accompanied by my brother who had a credit card as I don't use credit cards by choice. New reservation for the same car I was to rent was made under his credit card and he had to pay some money down for insurance (Which has not been refunded yet as agreed upon return of the car without any damage). The car was returned 10/23/2022 around 0400hrs as our flight was early on that day, full tank, car washed no scratch on the car, took videos and pictures. Cheapoair has indicated they are willing to refund my money only if you write a letter to indicate Car Confirmation:********* was cancelled and never used. Cheapoair included that ***** has refused to refund. Please refund my money, that is all I ask. You cannot charge for the same product/service twice. ***** staff friendly, after sale service not sure. Cheapoair please never use them second time disappointment

      We booked our 4 tickets to India in March2022 with you. In June due to unforeseen circumstances , one ticket has to be cancelled. We called cheapoair customer service earlier in June before our travel dates and they did help with cancelling the ticket and issuing credit for that ticket. They told us that it will take 4-6 weeks to see the credit on your credit card. After 6 months of wait, we did not received credit for cancellation. We called multiple times, but we got transferred from customer service to billing to claims and even after hour plus hold on calls we could not get anywhere but to transfer from one department to another.
      As a reputable travel agency, I am now contacting you to get our refund issued ASAP.
      Our booking number is ********.
      Cancelled Travel date -6/17/2022.
      PLs, contact me if you need anything else to get it resolved.
