      I've booked with many travel companies and airlines, but this was the first time I received phone call/s from a person. It was reassuring that a person is following up on my vacation package and checking to make sure that we have our seats together and our hotel room confirmed. CheapoAir agent called me throughout the entire day to make sure my booking was correct( i was told the room i booked couldn't be confirmed, but he was going to keep trying and checking) Then I received a final e mail confirmation that everything was set according to my original booking.I was relief and able to focus on the upcoming trip without worries. In addition, the booking online itself was easier than others, it took me half the time to book my trip. As a busy working mom, that was tremendously helpful. Thank YOU!

      Found my chosen booked dates but was dismayed that I have to pay for the aisle seats chosen for each connecting flight I make. I hope my flight will not be canceled or changed at the last minute.

      Ticket holding airline passengers can wait until they check in for their flights, usually no more than 24 hours before scheduled departure to get their seats with no charge from the inventory left. However, many airlines are now charging for the option of pre-assigning requested seats, especially preferred seats, which most would say include aisle seats. This is charged by the airline and not the agency. Any schedule changes or flight cancellations are also done by the airline. As an agency we have no ability or authority to take those actions.

      This booking has been very easy so far. When I booked the flight to get to *************** it took me 10 hours to get that straightened out. That's the worst I have ever had with any flight. And completely unacceptable. Not to mention they charged me for three charges coming to over $600 that we're not okayed by me and I did not want. Still trying to get those things settled. If I can leave a comment after this booking I may be able to give a higher rating but right now I have to go on my experience from two days ago, booking my flights there.
