      Ever since I mistakenly chose the premium seat assignments I have been trying to change to non premium. At first there was only one flight with premium seats. Now I see there are premium seats on the first let of my trip that I did not choose. Why are my seats changing? I already call your customer service to correct this problem and **. Why can't you leave my seat assignment alone after I choose them? Why do they keep changing to premium seats?

      Booked a flight to from ******* to ********* ************ for January 2023. The flight was changed several times. The premium economy tickets I paid for were downgraded to "mixed cabin". I have spent many hours trying to reach cheapoAir to no avail. I have been put on hold for more than an hour at a time. In the meantime, an alternative flight which I wish to book has increased in price. Will never use them again. They are quick to answer for new purchases but are impossible to get through to for customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ( CHEAPOAIR) !!!!!I Lost a family member as a result had cancel my flight 1 week before the Flight and a day after my booking, CheapOair told me ****** Airlines has my money however after speaking to ****** Airline they Confirmed to me that the money was still with CHEAPOAIR and cheaOair was responsible for my refund . CheapOair has always lied with a different excuse each time I call ************* will never give you a refund and will lie to you that your money is with the Airline.I wish i could give a -0 Star Review. Horrible experience always from innocent American and ******** Customers

      BOOKING SITE WORKED WELL APART FROM I COULDNT INCLUDE BAGGAGE ON THE RETURN LEG FROM ****** TO ********., EVEN THOUGH IT WAS INCLUDED ON THE INBOUND LEG TO ******.SO I GUESS YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BAGS, BUT YOU CAN'T BRING THEM BACK!PLEASE CLARIFY FOR ME WITH AIR *******.REGARDS ***********************

      Cancelled a flight from ******* to ****** - our cruise ship was not allowed to dock in *******, where we were to leave cruise and fly home, instead ended in *****.
      ******** refused a refund and offered a credit. I attempted to book new travel but was advised that it had to be on the airline, Air ******** (AP), on which our cancelled flights were booked. I check AP destinations and decide to book round trip flights to domestic destinations served by ** and request help from Cheapair. The email response from Cheapair is "no problem, just advise what city and states you wish travel to and from." I submit an itinerary and am now advised that any flight I book using my credit must originate in *******. Seriously?

      ************ loves flight problems as it gives them an opportunity to profit from your travel misfortunes.

      When I called, the lady said she did not see the fare I was seeing. I felt she was no help at all. I did end up booking myself. Now I have a concern. My driver's license has my full middle name. My reservation just had the first letter of my middle name because that is how it is on my credit card I paid with. Will that be a problem? I know it is picky, but everything nowadays is so picky. I would hate to be kept from my flight because my ticket says M for my middle name but my license spells out ****, you know? I could call the 646 number, but will I be on hold forever?

      The ticket must match the name on the government ID. On domestic flights the airport personnel are usually more lenient than they can be on international flights. You may want to contact the airline to see if they can add documentation of the full middle name.
