      The agent that helped me with the booking couldn't add my second name and told me that it wouldn't be any problem, and transferred to another agent which said to me that if I wanted to add my missing name, it'd cost me a few hundred of Dollars, hopefully, you could fix those problems.

      CheapOAir provides good deals, the site is quick, and I have experienced no problems concluding a purchase. The site does nudge you to select seats on your flights for an additional fee (you don't have to) and they do offer you extra bells & whistles like flight protection that you can also bypass. If you know what you want you can use it quickly & easily.

      After receiving an email from the airlines of the change of flight which made it impossible to connect, I contacted the travel agent 3 times from overseas each time being put on hold for more than ***** minutes (this is after I told the agent that I was calling from overseas and the last agent promised that she would return in 15 minutes if the hole last that long, but)I did press the button for the booking cancellation, but then screen went blank.I consider this fraud and plan to report it to my credit company.If the agent want to check and reply to me, my booking confirmation # is ********.*******

      My ticket was cancelled due to covid and every time I tried to rebook to use my credit, cheapoair doubled the price of the ticket. I tried my best to use my credit, but they made it difficult. They would never tell me the cost of the new flight I would try to book, they would only tell me the difference I had to pay. Every time I called the difference I had to pay would increase, the highest being an addl $250. When I search the prices of the airline which I had to use the credit, It was much cheaper than what they were telling me. I refuse to pay them an increase price of double the ticket price and eventually my credit expired. Up until the last hour of me trying to book so I can use my credit, they left me on hold for long periods of time, the longest being an hour, and then a survey message is announced and then the call was disconnected. They made it difficult for me to use my credit which expired yesterday. I dont mind paying a difference to add to my credit, but they overcharged me for flights purposely so that I could not use my credit. I even showed them the prices they had listed on their site and the site of the airline that I only could use, and the prices were reasonable. But I could only book through an agent because I was using the credit and they always came back with Higher prices that was not consistent with what they were advertising on their site. I did not want to give this company any more of my money. Flights were cancelled due to covid and I did everything they requested to keep the credit up until it expired, because they were overcharging me.

      As an agency we must abide by the rules and policies set by the airline. When this customer called to ask about changes he was given the cost for the transaction shown at that time. She chose not to take any further action.

      The cost the company was giving me at the time was not reflective of the cost of the flights listed on their website. If I had the credit info and could purchase the flights through their page on my own, it would have been half the price the company was charging me for the flight which I had to book through one of their representatives. I did everything I was told by the company to keep my credit, including signing up as an AA advantage member and every time I search a flight on their page and called to book the flight, they would increase the cost of the flight.

      Cheapoair is a rip off. They charged me $600 more for the same ticket it was available a day after and no adjustment/ refund was given. I wouldnt recommend using this to book flights.

      Website interface is terrible; customer service employees are wonderful. I would recommend CheapOAir more if the website worked better.
