    I am paying for this service and the minutes get taken out of the account. My minutes keep getting wasted because the Tutors take the minutes then I cannot find a mentor or tutor who knows Engineering. or Materials Science, I am having difficulties finding a tutor that has higher knowledge in sciences. There are no *** or Masters level and research Mentors in STEM careers, when it comes to Brainfuse they claim there the best service. The issue is finding the help i need when it comes to Engineering, Materials Science Finding the experts or in Mechanical Engineering. Brainfuse should be offering additional tutors who are trained in the field if i have to pay for this service out of pocket. The other issue is that brainfuse use to have Nursing 24/7 they have limited that help to not being 24/7.

    First, we would like to clarify that Brainfuse does not charge students directly for our services. Our tutoring services are provided free of charge to students and end users through partnerships with schools, libraries, and other institutions. Because Brainfuse has not charged or collected any payment from you directly, we are unable to issue a refund. However, we encourage you to reach out to ********************************* through which you accessed our services.

    We understand that you have already spoken with our customer service team, and we sincerely apologize if there was any miscommunication regarding your request. We are always working to improve our support services and tutoring availability. Your request for more specialized STEM tutors, additional document upload capabilities, word processing tools, and video/audio features has been noted and shared with our development team for future consideration.

    The "business" had a job posting on Indeed for an essay reader/tutor position to which I applied. A program manager from the company emailed me with hiring paperwork and said that upon receipt of the paperwork, I would have a tutor account created on the company website so that I could begin receiving students. Hiring paperwork required the typical information including address and social security number. At the time, I Googled the business and found them to be legitimate. However, I'm now thinking this business may be a scam because they are not BBB accredited and requested SSN info over email. After I sent everything in, they told me they would not be proceeding with hiring me for the position. I am a Ph.D. student at the top university and program in the world for my field so it couldn't have been a qualification issue. Nor do I have any criminal issues in my background. I've already sent them all of my information so I'm fearful that I may have just sent my personal address and social security number to scammers. A follow-up email to inquire about the termination of the hiring process was not answered. I would like to make sure that the information in the email they received from me is deleted by the company and that they change the hiring process to not include the sending of personal information over email for future applicants.

    Among those, the ************** Education Law 2-d, ***************** Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and Childrens Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA). Additionally, I have attached a copy of our Disposal of ************** Policy for your peace of mind.

    All applicant files are deleted and destroyed in accordance with this policy. Please know that privacy is tantamount to protection here at Brainfuse. A such, no personal information is ever shared or sold. Brainfuse is also a signatory to the Student Privacy Pledge whereby adherence to a strict policy governing personal information is required.
