      I will be reposting this on every outlet I can in regard to the horrific treatment I received at this facility. My partner called the ********************** location at 4:30 PM to confirm when we could come to the center for treatment due to my escalating vertigo I was told over the phone that we could come in until 6 to 6:30 when the clinic would be closing. Upon arrival we were greeted aggressively by a person named ******* who claimed to be the person in charge on site. She continually refused to provide treatment to me upon arrival claiming they were at capacity . I had actually contacted the site beforehand in fear du to the terrible reviews online about how you staff will decide that they are not taking any more clients despite the clinic hours being open through 6:30 PM. We repeatedly said that we would wait as long as possible, I am super nauseous and transportation has been tricky because I have this vertigo all day long. ******* was personally , rude, and refused to provide care to myself or the other people with small children in the waiting room. We even showed her that you can see online Modern MD responding to complaints staying the clinic is open until 630 as noted on their ****** page. I guess that ******** plans for Saturday evening outweigh patient care as per the modern MD patient philosophy

      I went for a covid test on 1/2/24. Rude staff aggressively swabbed my nostril as if she was taking out her frustration out on me on something she's dealing with. Probably personal or their own staff. Said they were going to do a rapid text, flu and PCR. Told me I'll have my results in 1-2 days. Today 91/4/24) I called as I never got a notification and the receptionist was very rude, said a PCR test was never ordered yet never gave me a resolution and placed me on hold twice for extended period of time without telling me. One time phone went to a voicemail because it seems like she transferred **** ended up going back again for a PCR. Had to leave my house sick when I didn't want to.Wanted to report his facility as staff members are rude and aggressive to their patients and it's not the first time this happens there and no one seems to care.
