      Starting in March of 2025 I started Weight Watchers weight loss injection program for the *********** at that time I agreed to a 12-month program costing me $189 a month I have been notified that the *** has stopped them from being able to provide the injections I've been taking therefore I asked to get out of my contract they had some other medications but I'm not interested in costing over $500 a month I cannot afford that I reached out to them asking to cancel my contract because they no longer have the product I am using available I've been contacted that I have to continue with the remaining of my contract I think this is unfair since they no longer have the product that I have been receiving I want the payments to stop I want Weight Watchers to no longer have contact with me or any of my banking accounts credit cards I want to be released for my contract and I want the financial matter resolved and stopped to no longer have any connection with Weight Watchers thank you

      I am writing to formally file a complaint against WW regarding the unfair denial of my refund request. Below is a summary of the situation:1. Service Issue: I subscribed to WWs services to receive healthcare services from a clinician, which included access to compound ***** medication. However, during my initial appointment, the clinician informed me that I could not proceed because I was working in ******** at the time. She stated that I would need to be in my residential state of ********* for the session to continue.2. Lack of Communication: At no point before scheduling the appointment was I informed of this location-based restriction. I feel this information should have been communicated during the sign-up process, as it directly impacted my ability to utilize the services I subscribed to.3.Availability of Treatment: I was informed that the compound ***** medication, which I was seeking, would no longer be available after 5/21. Unfortunately, no other appointments with the clinician were available before this date, so even if the location issue had been resolved, I still would not have been able to receive the treatment I needed.4.Refund Request: I requested a refund for the subscription fee, as I was unable to access the service as intended. WW denied my request, citing that the initial consultation fee is non-refundable. However, I believe my situation is different, given that I was unable to complete the appointment due to factors outside of my control, and I was not made aware of the location-based restriction or the unavailability of the treatment.5.Resolution Attempt: Despite my attempts to resolve this matter directly with WW, they have refused to issue a refund, and no other reasonable accommodations have been offered.I believe that WWs refusal to issue a refund is unfair, and I am seeking your assistance in resolving this issue.Please let me know if you need any additional information or documentation to process my complaint.

      On Monday May 12th, I Googled compounded samaglutide weight loss medication. I came upon the WW compounded *********** program. They advertised an effective compound, and I've been a WW member for several years, so I decided to to sign up for the monthly plan for $199, which included the first month's medication. About an hour after signing up, my husband said the compound medication had been banned by the ***. I was completely shocked since the website did not mention this. I immediately contacted WW to cancel. Ww has refunded me $85, which is what they say is the value of the medicine they can't sell me. No other services have been rendered (no app, meetings, clinician visit). I would have never signed up for the membership if I had known that the medicine they were offering was banned by the ***. Further, WW knew for months it couldn't sell the medication in May 2025. This is a scam and I'm completely let down by a company I have trusted for a decade. If I do not receive a full refund I plan to pursue legal options out of the principle. Please don't reply saying I knew what I was signing up for, I have the screenshots of WW advertising this medicine well after they knew it was being banned and this is completely unethical!

      I joined Weight Watchers on March 13, 2025 not knowing at the time that they were going to charge me monthly for *********** and other services which was not made clear when I signed up. The same day that they charged me money for the program I contacted them about an hour later and told them that I could not participate in their program because I could not use *********** because of health reasons and also because I had read that *********** would no longer be available in a compounded version. I spoke to several people employed in the Weight Watchers Program and they basically disregarded any of my information and were very rude and uncaring about my situation. This company is currently going through bankruptcy proceedings and continues to ignore my valid reasons for not participating in their program. I feel that they are just trying to take my money because they are desperate for people to stay in their program. I have also read several articles about the Weight Watchers Program being shut down because most people are not interested in their program anymore and realize that this program is no longer relevant and does not provide any services that help people. I also contacted them yesterday because they charged me $101.69 even after I told them that I was going through bankruptcy proceedings and could not take ***********. Weight Watchers is nothing but a predator company and just takes money from people who do not even use their service. I also want to say that I have not ever gotten on their website and tried to use any of their services. I would like to be refunded the $233.58 that they have charged me. I also want to mention that they informed me they would be charging me monthly for the next year, which is illegal.Again, I have never used any of their services so I do not believe they should be charging me for something I cannot use and because of my financial problems.

Specifically, the mandatory checkbox states: "While you may cancel your subscription at any time, cancellation will not go into effect until the end of your Commitment Plan. Furthermore, I want to emphasize that our WW Clinic memberships provide a comprehensive range of services that go beyond ***** prescriptions. Consequently, if a member does not qualify for a ***** prescription, this does not constitute a valid reason for early termination of the commitment plan, as the other valuable services included in the membership will still be available to them.

      I am a member a weight watchers and I seen this WW advertisement for help losing weight with an injection of weight loss meds. I was under the assumption that it was a trial run. I already paid the $49 up front, but I did not read anything on the document I sent you, about paying $74 every month for a year and even if I cancel it will still be taken out of my checking. That is so wrong. I didn't even get the agreement until after I already signed. I would of never in a million years agreed to this, especially since I don't work in the summer. I feel I should be able to cancel without penalty, because I did not get the agreement until I paid the $49.00. I thought it was part of the WW plan I was already on, but it is not. How do I get out of this?

      I signed up for Weight Watchers clinic program. You can not even find out what you qualify for and what is covered until you sign up. After doing the program awhile on the cheapest option as all others are over 400 a month finding out after signing up. The medication does not work nor is helping and they wont let me clx my contract.This is not a fair practice as if you got meds from a doctor if they were not working the doctor would not continue prescribing them and charging you. I have tried three times to talk to someone about the situation and they refuse to end my contract. I have been with weight watchers for twenty years and this new program is a rip off.

      On April ******* or maybe a few days after, I cancelled my membership because I was no longer able to use the service due to clinic not doing prior authorization, so my doctor ended up doing everything for me after consistently reaching out to WW clinical team. I showed membership was cancelled, but was charged $74 on 05/12/25. So reached out to clinical again to make sure my membership was cancelled and did not get a response so I called WW and spoke with a Level II Rep who also sent message to clinical and still no response so I called back on today, 05/14/2025 and was transferred to ******** another Level II Rep, who was rude and would not let me speak with a manager after telling her it has been way past the timeframe for clinical to respond. She basically told me she was not doing anything else and would not transfer me to a manager and hung up in my face. I am wanting this membership fully cancelled and all money refunded.

      I have not been refunded, although I got an email that states the contract would be cancelled and refunded the last billed amount, I have not received it. Also, I did not agree to or sign a contract and if there was a contract in place, it did not say I was signing a contract and I did not receive a copy of said contract. Also, your clinical team did not hold up to the terms of the membership. I waited for a prior authorization to be performed and they never did submit after receiving many requests, so I ended up having to get my endocrinologist to submit it, so therefore there was no need to remain a member with WW. After being treated horribly by one of your Level II Reps and being denied to speak with management and then hung up on, I wouldnt dare spend anymore money with WWs than necessary and after being swindled into a false contract, its a absolute never again for me. I just need my money back so I can go my way. Thanks

      I was told by weight watchers clinic that I signed up for a year commitment. I dont remember signing up for that nor would I. I am disabled and on social security. Im on anxiety and depression medication that sometimes makes me unaware of what Im doing. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone because there isnt a phone number, just a messaging center. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I keep getting the run around. Everyone I have spoke to so far says the same exact thing to me like a recorded message would. I just want this monthly fee membership commitment cancelled. They keep taking the money from my insurance card. I need this cancelled immediately.

      I was trying to gather information on the program and intake. As I was filling out information it charged me 200. I contacted bank immediately!! Never have I been charged doing investigation on joining a program in advance. Now they say too bad. You are paying clinic fees. What Clinic Fees?? I havent even become a member or treatment!! Shady and unethical for a big corporation. Am I paying their bankruptcy fees?? No one can explain to me. And no phone number????Help what do I do? My bank is aware. Thank you. :)
