      WW again charged me another month's charge AFTER WW closed my account per disputed ***** Fargo on 8/3/22.AGAIN, they charged me this month 9/3/22 AGAIN I believe they are trying to scam the seniors. I am almost 79 years old.I have Emailed with no response. I have stopped going to the meetings in ********, **. as of July 2022. This is a scam. ***** Fargo has "closed" after the dispute, yet WW charged me again. Something very peculirar was said to me at my last meeting July. TWO of the representatives at the meeting, said in part : "You are 5 pounds from GOAL weight, and WW will know so they will not charge you" I asked how they would know, and she said "They will know" THEY DIDN'T because they charged me AGAIN 9/3/2022 The other rep at the meeting said "Keep tabs on your charge account" I DID and I had a charge on 8/3/22, which ***** Fargo and Weight Watchers has as "CLOSED": but they charged me again. In almost 50 years of going to WW, I have never encountered such fraudulent and misleading practices.I want my account closed (as ***** Fargo states on my account from WW) and I need for WW to credit my account, AGAIN. This BBB complaint needs to go to the corp, because this is fraud.

I am not satisfied with this method of payment/nor the new program, that is exclusive to

      Weight Watcher's has taken 3 monthly payments on my credit card without my consent. I called and emailed them. They said they sent an email in April regarding changes to their payment rules. I never received the email and they have not sent me proof that I received it. I asked to be refunded since I did not realize the rules had changed and that I was obliged to weigh in at a studio once a month in order to maintain my life-time status and not pay the monthly fee. This is totally unrealistic, the nearest studio is a 125km round-trip. I used to love WW, and recommended them to friends and family. No more, total lack of transparency and misinformation. SO disappointed.

      All I want to do is unsubscribe from the hundreds of emails I receive. I have repeatedly asked and nothing changes. PLEASE STOP ALL NOTIFICATIONS, EMAILS, RECIPES OR ANYTHING RELATED TO WWW!!!!

      I am owed $42.58. I would like a these funds returned to me in the form of a check as they have not been able to provide it via PayPal as promised. They tell me it's pending and it doesn't go through. I think this is because they are trying to refund $42.58 + $4.74 to a $44.95 payment. It should have been $42.58 +$2.37.On 7/11 I called WW to switch from Personal Coaching ($60 a month) to Workshop plus Digital ($44.95 a month). I made a payment for Personal Coaching on 7/2/22, so I was due a refund on that payment of $42.58. I was then to be billed $44.95 a month for the new plan.On 7/11 I received 2 email receipts, each showing a charge of $44.95 and refund of $42.58. I received notification from Paypal twice that I was being billed by WW. Two $44.95 payments came from my credit card. I called the same day and spoke to a representative who said it looked like the person who switched me had done it twice. He spoke to several people while I waited. He reported that the transactions could not be reversed. He said I had been billed $44.95 twice, but would also receive the $42.58 refund twice. This meant that there was $4.74 left to contend with. I expected that I would only receive an additional refund of $2.37 back. $44.95-$42.58 (already being refunded) = $2.37 left to undo the extra charge. He proposed that WW would send back $4.74 to make it completely zero balance. I didn't think this made sense and I said so. I continued to watch my Paypal account. A refund in the amount of $42.58 was applied to the original $60 payment as expected. A refund of $4.74 was applied to one of the $44.95 payments. No other funds have been returned. I am owed $42.58. I again spoke to WW on 7/20, 7/26, and 8/3, each person acknowledging that I am owed a $42.58 refund. On 8/3 I waited on the phone 35 minutes for a level 2 agent. I told that agent the story. She said she needed to find someone who could make sense of it and would call me back. It's 8/7, no response

      Fine Print Canceled membership with Weight Watchers. Make sure you read fine print. Charged me early termination fee on July 24,2022 because I canceled 2 months early. So they got paid for doing nothing what a rip off. Called to get refund. Just refunded one month which they had taken from me already. Still out $46.00 for early termination fee.

      Our members prior to sign-up are required to review our program Terms and Conditions. Every member is presented with a two paragraph communication stating Terms and Conditions for all membership plans. Once reviewed in order to proceed, a member must check the box stating they have read, understood and proceed to enter their billing information.

      In the agreement it states cancellation prior to commitment plan is responsible for Cancellation Fee. As a courtesy we issued a one month subscription refund on July 26th. Cancellation Fee however will not be refunded.

      I signed up with WW in March for a trial period, before the period was up I cancelled. I received an email verifying my cancellation. In June they began to charge my credit card $22.95. I disputed it with WW, my credit card and with PayPal. I got an apology and a promise that it was WW's mistake and that it would not happen again, however here we are in July and they are charging me a monthly fee again of $22.95. I do not want to be disputing monthly charges every month. I want them to stop charging my credit card immediately. I have disputed the charge again with WW, my credit card and with PayPal, however this is ludicrous.

      As you can see in the attached cancelation email, it states the "Account end date" as 9/20/22. That is because this membership was a 6-month plan with the first 3 months at no charge. It was not a free trial. When canceled before the end date, an Early Termination Fee applies. This member has reached out to our **************** team and as courtesy, they have re-canceled the account to end today waiving the Early Termination Fee.

      I called WW international due to a reoccurring charge on my credit card. The bank is not willing to reverse the charge because of the number of times I have disputed this charge. Every time I have called WW international I am told there is no account under my name. I am on the phone with them now.
