    Same as all the others - just buy their shoes from a department store if you want them. They don't have a great option for missing packages other than to wait 8+ business days to ask them to file a claim with *****. Not worth the hassle.

    Attempt 1: Made an order > charge was authorized on my card > order was cancelled by audit team with no communication to me. I only found out when I realized I never got a tracking ID/confirmation email and reached out to customer service to follow up.Attempt 2: made an order with a sam edelman account > charge was authorized on my card > no confirmation email after 2 business days.This is not a normal customer experience. We should not have to be the ones to follow-up constantly with customer service to learn if our order was cancelled or not.

    Not customer service friendly at all. Unfortunately, a simple exchange is costing an entire consumers business. The fact that I wasnt requesting a refund of money from the business but merely a change in size for the exact same shoe that the company is able to resale due to no wear and tear whatsoever on the pair of shoes is ridiculous. I hope Sam Edelman does a better job future state at appeasing to customers minimal request. No money lost. A sale previous made. Left with an unhappy customer. Good luck!

    Horrible customer service! If there was a zero star rating I would give that. When you contact them they respond with your request cannot be completed at this time because the email address you provided is not found. Well if it cannot be found then how can they send an email? This company does not stand behind their products, they just pass it off as unacceptable! I have plenty of their competitors shoes which all of them 100% better constructed than the sam edelman ones.l would highly suggest people to look elsewhere.

    Impossible to contact customer service. I've emailed about an issue and given a number to call. The phone number does not work (no answer, on hold forever, line hanging up because of "system issues"). I wrote back, called, emailed, even reached out on Instagram. Once in a while you might get an answer but they only tell you to call them. Not worth it.

    I placed an order with Sam Edelman on September 16th 2023, for a 9.5 black leather, ****** Bit Mule. The shipping service used was Fed Ex Ground Economy. On September 22nd, 2023, I received an email that the shipment was delivered, however, I did not receive my order. Sam Edelman says they are not responsible for any delays or obstructed deliveries. I am requesting a complete refund of my money because this companys business practice is unethical.

    Placed on order & received the wrong shoes. When I called the representative stated that I had to ship these shoes back (at my own cost) & once they receive them they can send the correct ones. The customer service staff including the staff supervisor was rude, condescending, and accusatory. She started going off on me because I said Dude Im not doing all that. She literally went back & forth when I requested a manager. Extremely dissapointed & I cannot wait to get me $80 back fast enough.I will never support this brand again & I truly understand why its called circus. Literally full of clowns. They messed up shipping, messed up during the customer interaction, & still to this day I dont have the $80 shoes I ordered.

    On 3/2/23, I ordered 3 pairs of sandals from Sam Edelman. For some reason, the order took an extra week to arrive. Once I received it, though, I made my decision quickly and opted to keep one pair of sandals and return the other two. On March 22nd, I sent my return via ***** *******; it was received on the morning of March 27th. However, it is now March 31st, and I have no credit on my credit card account.As always, I called **************** for an update. As always, I was told that it takes "5 to 10 business days" for a credit to be approved and post to a customer's credit card. But that's absurd! I worked in high-end retail for most of my life, and a credit takes no time at all to process--you simply hit a button, and it's done. Sam Edelman clearly has cash-flow problems, or they've decided that it's fine to keep a client's money far, far longer than the average online business. Bad business is simply that--bad business. Beware!

    I made a return over a year ago (realizing the two shoes I'd purchased were ugly and frumpy copies of other designs) and have still not received my refund. I have called customer support multiple times, and they've assured me each time they'll get back to me in 3 business days and never have. Each time, they've acknowledged that the process just 'dropped off' and something went wrong but have not been able to actually give me my refund.I went to a physical store where they not only refused to help me, but also didn't bother to check if there was actually anything they could do - just flat out refused.I understand that this is a brand selling overpriced highstreet knockoffs of other designers' work, so I shouldn't expect better, but really, this is worse than something one would expect from even them.

    I purchased a pair of boots, they sent me the wrong ones and demanded I run the errand to return them to get a refund which goes against the **** Still have not received a refund.
