    Placed an order on the ******** website on Nov 25, 2022. I did not receive any further emails confirming that my order had been processed or shipped. Followed up with their **************** email on Dec 14 and was told that "the restock for this item has been cancelled" and that my order could not be fulfilled. My order was cancelled. The item I ordered (in the size I ordered) still shows as available to be purchased. So, either their online inventory is incorrect or they wrongly cancelled my order and did not fulfill it. Haven't been able to reach their **************** via phone call either, as it keeps going to their voice mail.

    I never write reviews good or bad, however, my experience with Sam Edelman has left me feeling extremely disappointed and angry. The customer service staff including the staff supervisor was rude, condescending, and accusatory. Sam Edelman was once a brand I respected and felt proud to wear and now they're a brand I will no longer support. This department is grossly mismanaged and will continue to lose this company loyal customers until they make a real change. Until then LATER...

    Very disappointed and not ordering from them ever again. I called customer service and told them my shoes were stolen from my porch. I spoke to someone in customer service and they told me I need to file a police report!!! Over some shoes, just refund my money or send me a new pair.

    Sam Edelman's customer service is in it's entirety is managed by rude, impatient employees who waste your time judging your requests and who speak over you in a condescending tone. Laughably, they begin their every call with "Thank you for contacting Sam Edelman. My name is ... who do I have the pleasure of speaking to today?". Sam Edelman as a company has left their customer service branch to do its own thing I guess, and they are making a fool of themselves while plummeting in quality.For reference, I was calling about having been sent an order in two separate boxes, but only receiving one shipping label upon requesting a return. I asked for them to create another shipping label for me, and the first representative said this is not possible, find a bigger box to put both boxes into (that would require a very big box), the second said that they could create another label, but there would be a fee (and that there was a fee for my original return label, which there wasn't), and the third finally was able to create a label for me and said that there was no fee for creating a label. However, I had horrible experiences with all three.Sam Edelman is a joke and I will not be purchasing their products ever again.
